50mg caffeine
50mg butalbital
3mg clonazepam ODT
150mg hydroxyzine
Plus my plug had some so I'm smoking some 34 percent Purple Cake bud thru 3 king sized cones

Failed and took another 2mg clonazepam about an hour after I passed out from all the cumulative butalbital almost 500mg total today) but I only slept an hour or so

Fuckin Insomnia is a true curse almast as bad as my panic disorder not equally as bad but damn close

But I'll try to do better tomorrow just one day at a time so they say

Feel like I'm floating but don't feel good about it considering I truly need the shit for my insomnia,mania,
agoraphobia,OCD
GAD,PTSD

Plus the several panic attacks I have every damn day from the panic disorder and PTSD ect

Speak of the devil... I just had an insane PTSD episode and my eyes are pure shell shocked right now. This is such a difficult condition to live with. I completely lost myself, had no contact to the person I am. It's C-PTSD for me, so this doesn't happen every day, but from time to time and a very bad 4 or 5 day attack last August.

No problem at all my friend

For my mania and panic disorder and PTSD I take 90 1mg clonazepam a day orally dissenting tablets to be precise

For my constant migraines antagonized by my insomnia and everything else I got I take 30 floricet a month as needed 2 at a time every 4 hours and use them together with the clonazepam when desperate stupid as it is

For my anxiety and sleep I get 60 25mg Hydroxyzine instant release twice a day I take along with my clonazepam intake

I also get 30 300mg gabapentin twice a day for my anxiety and to help all my other meds work better

And I'm 21 and I have to take blood pressure meds due to all mental shit and that's losartan 25mg twice a day and prolly gon have to up it soon too

I think that covers my legal meds lol

That's my prescribed dosage of meds but I tend to tip the scales but without running out before my next script

Luckily I've got a healthy fear of benzos

(bout 2 years ago I pooped over 300 mg of alprazolam a day) without blacking out for over a year

Plus another 2 years to mostly get over selling and dealing to maintain my habit not to mention the PAWS and it was a hell like no other getting off that type of dosage to say the least by.

It's fuckin mother fuckin deal with a benzo habit when u truly truly truly need it for your mental disorders

but any tips or ideas or advice would be greatly greatly appreciated
