I ve probably find more honesty among the dealers down here than among many in the upper class, and don t get me started with the local police ( I ve been robbed just once in my 10 years down here and guess what? it was by the police) . Of course they can also burn you alive for a 10 bucks debt but for me is the ultimate incentive for NEVER owing them money
