Early night for me and welcome.

250mcg bupre ( a little insurance for calm legs throughout the night )
10mg Nitrazepam ( don't think a heavy dose like last night is needed, though I slept like the dead last night)
0.5mg alprozalam ( it was just laying there on my bedside table )

Semi back to normal/functional routine.
 
These days it isn’t to far off from my morning routine.
Couple glasses of water, few Marlboros, and usually a few hits of a strong indica flower.

If the day was uber stressful, then the toro double macro makes her appearance and a few hits of some shatter or live resin in the banger usually does the trick.
