Been in quite significant pain since 4.30am this morning. Splitting up blood then a massive stress trying to get anywhere with doctors. Which later led to me finding out my local GP has fucked my private health insurance for me. They won't cover me for anything now that i was being treated for. 😅

I was obviously raging earlier on and struggling to see any form of hope. In quite crippling pain. Since then i've done a CWE and had 120mg of codiene. Still sore but i don't feel so hopeless and pissed off at least.

Laugh all you want, but a good dose of melatonin knocks my ass out. Maybe the benadryl and Valium help. I sometimes blackout and wake up hours latter. Just sitting there and out.

I developed tolerance for sleeping pills and benzo so I am ready to try anything to help me get a few hours of sleep. Is melatonin really working and what is the optimal dose?
 
Yes even with opiates in me
I take 20-40 MG
The bottle says take 1, I take 2-4
With a benadryl or 2
Also 10mg Valium to fight oxycodone from keeping me up all night.
I was shocked that I just passed out after taking it. It works most times
I kept passing out on my chair

I can definitely justify your rage. I would be pissed as all get go too. Fkn insurance companies are useless as tits on a bull. Hope all is well now.
 
I tend to switch to indica type cannabis around 6/630 in the evening, never have a problem sleeping after a few hits of something stoney from the volcano 😝 in my younger days I would have a (substantial) glass of whisky too but I have had to give up the booze, doctors orders 😩
 

Tonights fix. Im broken hearted today. My sons best friend who happens to the son of my best mate was shot dead last week only 23. Funeral done and dusted. My boy rang me today in tears, The past week has been surreal but its hit home now. If any young lads read this please please for your own sakes don't get into selling drugs. You'll make the same or better on a building site.
 
On the regular nighttime routine, that is, 75mg diphenhydramine tonight and luxuriating in several bowls of lovely herbs, all mostly indicas - some Halle Berry, Kush Berry, Tuscan Gelato and an unknown, inaugurating a teeny lil glass spoon I picked up today on a whim. I like it, for the price anyway, any the glass actually isn't paper thin.

Rest easy, y'all. ✌️
 
Had some kratom and added gabapentin which I had not had in a while. Smoked some gorilla glue (top notch strain). HIgh as a kite and I seem to be posting everywhere. I may have to actually go into the Lounge for once.
 
Just got back from the yearly beach Christmas parade, my first trip in a LONG time. It was nice, enjoyed the bands best as always, kicked back in my chair on the curb and sipping on a pint can of 9.1% Terrapin Depth Perception IPA. Now enjoying many, many bowls of high-power indicas and gonna take a hot hundred of diphenhydramine here real soon so I can well and truly conk the fuck out here in a bit.

Smoked a few bowls of rainbow belts earlier on. Had that buzz going today that i cleaned the whole house, hoovered, mopped floors, changed beds. Also just hung 3 real cool modern popart pictures up in my room 😎

Just chilling now watching some Wrestling from the Attitude era lol, reminiscing of the glory days watching as a kid then nearly breaking mates neck trying to piledrive him off the couch 😂😂

Just topped up with 40mg Martin Dows Roche. Lovely clean Diaz. Feeling the glow coming on real smooth 🙂
