limited to opioids that isn't necessarily a bad thing...my favorite by far any and every
Ok, now had my complete morning fix a little less than 1mg of Suboxone(i'm guesing like 700mcg) and 2mg of xanax. Trying to get my IV bupe down to 300mcg a day...when you get down that low it's kinda hard to tell the dosage after you get to .5mg, it's just TINY pieces of strip. Trying to get my Nor-Bupe on.
^ why can't you take weed? Aside from some kind of psychosis that seems weird. Not even vaporized or eaten?
OT: feeling very tired this morning, not sure if I'm gonna go with ethylphenidate or coffee. I've taken EPH the last 2 days so coffee seems good for a change.
I'm recovering from a pulmonary embolism (clot in lungs), which means I'm constantly breathless and extremely sensitive to palpitations. Weed makes me both palpitate and make me feel extremely out of breath. Also, smoking can further damage my lungs. Essentially all other drugs typically make my heart pound out of my chest so until this clot dissolves it's opioids only. You'd think they would depress my breathing and make it harder to breathe but it's actually the opposite, and opioids are sometimes even prescribed to relieve dyspnea... interesting huh?Not speed nor ketamine? Mushrooms or mescaline?
I dont get the 'enjoy kratom when my tolerance gets low.' Do you daily dose? I was and it just doesn't go down that way. I guess you dont. You make me wanna go get my tram rx back, I could easily.

I'm confused, why don't you like kratom when your tolerance is low? That's when you should theoretically get the best effects. I do daily dose, though my tolerance is currently high enough that I'm not getting high. Good thing is three days of no use will dramatically lower my tolerance, I find kratom extremely versatile.
