Thanks for the support guys, I've had more than one friend pass on from accidental OD but this was totally out of the blue so it hit pretty hard. Insanity is what it is.

Today I smoked a grit on the way home from work. Chillin on a can of natural ice and 5mg val now. Later today when I wake up there will be more booze, more benzo and some sub in the mix I think. Yup its downer city over hereeee
