lol 1:10am morning fix of 200mg IV morphine and 25mg valium under the tongue. was delicious.

i've used the veins in my hands for the last 2 shots i've had - usually somewhere i avoid at all costs. one shot was using a 3mL barrel and this last using a 5mL barrel with 26g luer lock tips. both went smooth as without any problems whatsoever. no pain, no swelling, no nothing that other people complain of. now, i still don't recommend these veins apart from last resorts, but i've been shooting a lot and needed to give the crook and my forearm a wee break for a coupla shots.

now smoking a cigarette as is my ritual after a shot of morph. the coffee is brewing. my e-cig is charged n filled ready to be used once this cig is gooooone.

my back is, needless to say, pain free along with the rest of my boday!
 
^Woah a 3-5ml barrel is quite alot of liquid to be pushing in those tiny veins, or doesn't that really matter? I'd think more liquid comes out at once when pushing the plunger on a larger syringe, no? Or isn't that a problem? I guess not since you reported no problems. :)

I'm just jelly you get 200mg morphine/day rx'd, my doc used to give me oxies but when I wanted to quit I told him I didn't want it anymore because it had too much of an impact on my life blah blah blah. Now last time I suggested going back to something stronger because the pain has gotten worse again and he refused, while I am struggling with a pretty serious scolliosys (or however you spell it) and it hurts alot.. The dick!
I'm most likely gonna visit him again this week or the next and repeat my question, saying tramadol and tilidine don't do jack shit for my pain anymore. I'll make up some story about a new job that puts a big strain on my back, and being in constant agony etc etc. It's not really a lie, except for the fact it's not a new job my back does hurt alot when I'm at work despite the tramadol. He'll probably suggest Fortal - Pentazocine (which he has before and I didn't like the effects but it was very noddy), but at this point I'd take that over tilidine.
I don't know why but tilidine barely worked for me when I got it this time while it was normally a lot stronger than tramadol and very noddy, it hardly gave me any euphoria this time.. So I ate way too many each time and pretty much wasted them all.

I'd like to keep the tramadol script though unless he's willing to give me oxy again or morphine or the like. Other than that anything stronger than tilidine would make me happy, preferably not pentazocine but I wouldn't even complain if that was his choice.

I went through my 100x10mg valium, 90x200mg tramadol, 60x150mg tilidine scripts in about 1,5-2 weeks lol.. *ashamed* But in my defence (lol..) I shared some with a mate.
Luckily I still got my lormetazepam script which I'm gonna fill as soon as I go over to my dad's as I ordered it at the pharmacy there and use those a little more wisely (hopefully.)

Also, my dentist gave me fucking ibuprofen for some pretty serious tooth ache, which is the worst kind of pain imaginable imo, while I already told her I took tramadol and ibuprofen and neither did jack shit to help with pain. Bitch!

/edit: Oh, my breakfast was my last 400mg tramadol my last 50mg diazepam.

when my tolerance was real bad I used 3ml and 5ml barrel with a 22g pin. wasn't too bad, the length of the pin took some getting used to but other than that I had no issues.

indeed, I racked and railed up a few lines, and my bag of speed still looks full to me :D

so relaxed, yet so confident (stimulant trademark, false confidence) and awake and aware of everything around me. Feels a little like oxy for some reason...

the only bad thing ive experienced during these 2 days (yesterday and today) is that snorting meth gives me a nasty drip, and I think I might not be snorting properly. That, and my right nostril is hurting a bit, and my left nostril is clogged. time to prepare my anus.
 
You need to use Salt and Water saline spray in your nose after you sesh out with meth lines mate. They wont get so clogged and if it irritates them atleast you can disinfect any nasty shit. I'd switch it up but I dunno if Rectal is a good way your better off eating the meth. I have never booty bumped crystal but I know that shit has to burn or tingle in a bad way. Think of your organs....and your asshole. Theres nothing tricky to snorting tweak other than the saline, and if you think your snorting lines wrong this is the way to do it. Lay out your line ..Get your straw as soon as you do a nice big sniff tilt your head back a bit. Do Not inhale as itll make you cough and you get my drift. If you do key or match bumps just a settle/strong small sniff tilt your head back. I always wait for the burn before I use the saline. Theres a difference in how much you get I thought. Anyone can correct any misinformation.
