5mg methadone HCl + 20mg extended release oxycodone HCl (but chopped the pills into quarters to speed comeup) per os, and 4mg of vapourised LY-2183240, an ananadmide reuptake inhibitor + FAAH inhibitor. Yea-yuh. Feeling goddamn excellent considering the circumstances actually. The LY was a simply perfect companion to the light dose of opioids. I'm tapering off them at the moment due to having been fucked around, was scripted methadone for pain management, coming off the buprenorphine scripted for addiction management I was forced into out of desperation, but then had that cut very abruptly due to no misbehaviour on my part, was simple discrimination by the clinical practice director not having the full story (overriding the wishes of the doctor I saw!)...
