kinda had two. when my alarm went off i woke up and drank a red bull. i fell back asleep immediately for 3.5 hours, then woke up again. just smoked a fatty spliff and washed down a couple rhodiola rosea caps with a nice strong coffee. time to attack the day. i think?

Great, another rhodiola fan! :) Hey, let me know if you get good results with your batch... In my experience, some brands/batches are better than others. I've had brands that didn't do shit, and others that almost kept me awake all night! Also, I learned that less is more with rhodiola, meaning that too big a dose will be detrimental, you gotta find your sweet spot with the batches you get. Let me know! I'm curious to see how others react to it!

8.45am - 72.5mg Methadone - Oral 36mg Methadone I.V.
9.30 - Feeeling Good !!!!!
 
^^does your methadone come in pill or liquid? just curious as I haven't seen "methadone IV" in this thread yet :P
 
I wonder if you can micron a protein shake for faster delivery through injection? (joking of course)
 
i miss having a real morning fix. but i don't wanna lose my job. back in college, i always used to drop my benzo dose in a shot and get high while it dissolved. then it'd absorb in my empty stomach while i made a hearty breakfast of bacon, toast, and eggs. after breakfast, i'd drink a bit more before taking a shower and heading off to class. when i had opiates, i'd leave them on my bed stand and take them before getting out of bed, then follow the above routine. i didn't even drink coffee back then. alcohol woke me up.

with the job i had before my current, i'd get high the second i woke up before even making my coffee. then i'd hop in the shower to make sure i didn't smell like weed. my new job is more of a career and i can't use anything before or during. i hate that so much. getting off in the morning is where it's at. now i just take my scripted valium with a cup of coffee--i can't feel either. my breakfast is dry cereal in the car during pauses in highway traffic. so it goes.

^^Congrats sir! Hard to find a job now-a-days that's for sure. How does rhodiola compare to caffeine? Is it stronger and more euphoric?

Thanks logan! It's actually the first job I've ever had that I'm returning to, basically taking care of one of our state parks. Working outside all day during the summer really appeals to me.

I typically take 1-2 caps of rhodiola from this source: http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/rhodiola which I chose simply because I liked their marketing. It's sort of different from caffeine, I wouldn't say it's stronger, but it's a more subtle increase in the resistance to fatigue, rather than being completely stimulating. I've only taken it in the mornings or before extended cardio, so I can't put its effectiveness for lifting into words. When I take it before extended cardio, I definitely notice an ability to ignore the fatigue better than I normally could. It's cheap, so even if it's placebo (which I truly believe it is not) it is a supplement that's worth it to try.
