Good day to all
After a difficult week and a half finally have some respite…
Today, woke up and took 2 tokes of Animal Rntz, 75mg venlafaxine and a shot of 100mg morphine as per usual.

Bout two hours after that I picked up some Dilaudid and Crack cocaine :) That was a few hours ago now and so far I’ve done:

20mg Hydromorphone (one 8mg shot, one 4mg shot and then a 6mg shot just now)
250mg (like half the rock) of the .5 of Crack I bought, been using vinegar that ive diluted about 40/60 vinegar water to break down the crack to shoot it. Way cheaper for me to buy crack and do that than to just get coke lol.

Gonna drink with my girlfriend whomst I love very much and then go To a few museums :) hope everyone is well and has a good day

Yeah " Way cheaper for me to buy crack and do that than to just get coke lol " but to what end. How much damage? Fuck I'm not one to speak so to say better knew my limits.

If you that keen to shoot Coke, then safe up rather. Personally I would wait a month to get 5g pure Coke that I can afford at said time then buying 1g rocks and having to wash it with chems and such to inject again. Rather smoke and get a "poesklap" of a ringer..

Aah I don't know. But HR wise if you really have to shoot, go for hcl and not freebase that needs to be reconstituted to hcl ....

Went back to sleep then until 10am and am now awake but still in bed at 10.30 and it's definitely kicking in, so am gonna get up in 10 mins or so and have a light breakfast before having a very productive day (hopefully, that's the plan anyway...I've got a LIST which needs attending to and it's gotta be done today, like definitely today, all of it" (dramatic shades and italics are for my own selftalk just illustrating the actual real urgency of the necessity of the list being attended to today, in full, with no fucking lame excuses

FINALLY got a day off after 7 in a row, much needed, chill Fryday right on time.

Having my third black coffee, hitting this banana nic vape in turn with a Cantaloupe Haze diamond sauce pen, also had a .75g joint of Biscotti Pancakes a little earlier. The usual mix of normal, boring scripts and 1.5g lion's mane powder, 67mg methadone and 2 x 125mg live resin gummies. Feeling agreeable enough. ;)

Nothing much doing today, going out for a short shopping trip later, may pick up some dabs, idk... rainy day perfect for rest and house stuff. 👍

There is a meprobamate/ codeine combo where you live? I think meprobamate totally disappeared in the US. That's kind of an odd combo to my mind for a pharma pill.
Also, do you take omeprazole to boost your Vyvanse? How does that work? Vyvanse is always this slow-mo sort of thing that last a long time in my limited experience. How does Omeprazole change it?

Stilpane - Ingredients per tablet​

Paracetamol:320mg
Caffeine:32mg
Codeine Phosphate:8mg
Meprobamate:150mg

It might sound like an odd combo, and I know it isn't available in its original form in most countries, only in the "pro-drug" form of Soma/Carisoprodol.
The combo with the tiny amount of Codeine actually works extremely well ( the muscle relaxant effects of the Meprobamate ( kinda similar to the old school barbiturates scientifically speaking) when synergized as in the listed above ingredients.

It is a controlled substance though and not available OTC like other Codeine products.

On the Omeprazole question - I use this for its PPI (proton pump inhibitor) effects/action and not to try potentiate the Vyvanse.
In my experience I don't see any difference to the Vyvanse's effectiveness, release of action or duration when taking Omeprazole or not.
Vyvanse is pretty damn solid on its own and its release mechanism works really well. Omeprazole strictly speaking might delay the onset of the Vyvanse or its release of dextroamfetamine by reducing stomach acid, but as I said, IME I don't see any difference.

Omeprazole shouldn't be taken too often though, or at all for that matter. But for its purpose it works well.

Yeah, I remember meprobamate from my grandma's medicine cabinet from way back when. Miltowns. I might even still have a couple growing cobwebs in the depths of my emergency stash. Cool.

It's 12:45. So far a big boost in emotivatuon and an overall well being feeling also just wanting peace. No OEV and some CEV but nothing intense. Music sounds so dope and even ppl talking, you can tell me the most boring stories and I will find it so fascinating. Hoping for OEV or at least that pink web over everything.. but mood is awesome and bodyload not heavy and balance all good.

Think for me personally I need a straight full 400mg Mescaline hcl dose.

you right, you very right....i am a fiend unfortunately...Honestly should just stop shooting uppers but damn that shit hard. Although today I have been left without any so maybe I'll start to stop today. Thats one less problem I guess

Anyways....today includes:
75mg venlafaxine in the morning with 100mg Morphine IV and two tokes.
Then I picked up some dilaudids (thank god) and did 16mg with like some remnants of ritalin (10-15mg) IV and now I'm at work. Spent a lot of time yesterday IVing ket and watching TV with my girlfriend, good stuff
