And when I finally got into the city after missing the first train*, a cigarette. Of course, by this point, we've moved into the afternoon, but it was my first of the day because I finished my pack the night before, and it tops off the lineup, so I included it.








*note to anyone who drives a train: the whole point of the timetable is that you arrive at the places listed at the times listed, you don't just blast down the tracks until you reach the end. If the timetable says Stop X at 11:33 and you arrive there early, then you fucking stop your fucking train and wait at Stop X until the clock ticks over to 11:34. ps. please don't be on drugs at work. I'm sure you have to do tons of them afterwards to tolerate your job, but that's your business.

Anyways just Took 100 mgs of methadone and smoked a cigarette. A lil stressed out cus one of the dosing nurses tolled me earlier that I have some dirty benzos. Wtf? So 2 dirty benzos? Idk, but he said the doc might take my dose down to 80mgs. Now that would hella suck cus 80 won't hold me a full 24 hours :/ I didn't wanna ask how many dirtys cus I think its jus one. My counseler would have tolled me. Ehh, I know that 2 benzo uas and your down to 80mg. Don't matter if your at 300mgs. At least I'm not at to high of a dose. 100mgs is on the lower scale at my clinic. I'll find out tomorrow morning when I dose if I do have to go down. Oh and its only for 2 months..ehh 2 months of waking up sick.

haha, I had quite a bit of ativan and clonazepam in my system, benzo disinhibition seems to send me into rant mode :p

in short - I was pissed off because the train was running ahead of time, which meant I had to wait to get a cigarette to go with my normal morning benzo/subs combo, not to mention making me late to a catch up.
 
Let's see. A cup of coffee (as always), 2 val root caps, and roughly 100mg of l-phenylalanine.
 
Well,since I don't shoot smack anymore,my morning ritual consists of xanax (today it was 4 sublingual and 4 up the nose,woulda been more but running low til refill ),a cup of coffee Irished up with a triple shot of bourbon and a cigarette.Going to pain management clinic in a couple weeks so hopefully they'll send me home with some decent opies to add to the mix!

That sounds utterly awful orange citrus and strawberry milk bleh I could just puke lol 40 minutes too jeez mine takes 10 seconds do you have to wait in front of the pharmacist for 40 mins to show them you have taken the whole pill? That would suck big time
 
Nothing for me this morning maybe some Tylenol to ease the bupe withdrawal in a couple minutes here.
