Needless to say, it was a good day and I only had to repeat this dose once. at around 4 in the afternoon. Had a great time at work, the co-workers and I were just laughing, smiling, and making the customers have a good time too. the vibes were good and we turned the restaurant into a place where people wanted to be. tips were incredible, and it was all about us feeding off of each others' good vibes - a lot of which I will gladly take credit for thanks to the best drug in the world: H.

saving the methylphenidate for tonight (boredom, shenanigans, and my cousin normally matches me line for line in oxy [15mg roxis] because it reminds of the extremely good yay he gets) and my last 2 op's for a pseudo-extended release speedball with my girlfriend when she comes back from her family's on friday. 54mg concerta + 30mg op + medical cannabis = hours of phenominal sex and relaxation.

No iv'ing oxy or morphine this morning. Trying to stop. Hence the reason for the methadone. But tonight I will iv an 80. Then I hope to stop that too and just stick with the methadone, Xanax, wellbutrin, abilify and my ever changing sleep med which rite now it's ambian 10mg. I'm trying to get restoril! My next appt I think I'll get it. Plus my reg doc will be increasing my dose of Xanax to 1mg instead of the .5 which I have to take so many to get any effects from! So I know it's prob not good to do but my psych doc gives me 60 .5 xanys which I fill without my insurance and then fill the 90 .5 xanys with my insurance at my regular pharmacy. Hey to each his/her own! You know most of you have something like this before at one time or another or do it now. But I'm just trying to get off the morphine and oxys and stop the iv'ing. My oxy & morphine habit was getting WAY too expensive and methadone at the clinic is free. Plus it makes me nod. So it's a win-win in my book! Ok enough rambling from me!
