10mg IV hydromorphone
1g naproxen
60mg Cymbalta
0.5 grams of hash rolled w/ tobacco into a tastey joint
 
Ended up buying a bag of some good east coast Heroin. IV'd the bag, and drinking a bottle of Arizona "RX Stress Herbal Tea" thats got Panax Ginseng, Chamomile and Valerian in it, and had a few cigarettes too. Good day, good day.

also, a huge badass steak with 4 eggs. yum! :) For tonight I will repeat that only make it three 5mg shots of hydromorphone and smoke a few grams of primo indica.

I don't know to much about the Abilify other than it's an atypical anti-psychotic with some antidepressant effects. Nothing permanent that I know of. It can cause blood sugar problems in some people I guess. All I know is that it worked for me. Lol.

Ok, hold the phone... I may be naive but are you all for real with this??? I can't imagine doing any of that in the morning unless I was on vacation. I assume most of the people on this thread either work or go to school.. are you all saying you wake up.. take drugs.. and then go to work daily??

Holy shit! Now I can understand an opiate addict needing his fix to function and maybe someone with severe anxiety taking their benzos in the am to function but c'mon:

^^^Are you serious?? Damn son! Forgive my disbelief, I just can't picture doing that and being able to go to work after...

My fix is: 5 eggs, oatmeal, coconut water, grateful dead station on XM...
 
Those are the drugs I consumed this morning and yes it was before work. Everything but the cocaine is kind of a daily thing. I also switch from bupe to hydromorphone on some weeks, usually 20mg. hydromorphone insufflated in the morning.
 
I woke up, had some coffee, took 50mg of oxy, 4mg of kpin and smoked a bowl of marijuana.

I intend to bake some special brownies while enjoying this state of opiated-stonedness.

After the brownies are done, I intend to consume one-half to one whole brownie depending on how toasty I feel like getting at that time.

Then, I will order out for some delicious sushi on this humid, hot day. I will eat the sushi while watching Police Women of Broward County and perhaps after that I will listen to some Lords of Acid and have hot, kinky sex with my wonderful girlfriend who will be as stoned as I am but not as opiated.

I will then take my two wonderful dogs for a nice long stroll while enjoying post-coital cigarettes. My girlfriend and I will then meet up with our supplier to get more goodies to have a heady summer! %)

Thanks for asking! Hahaha... what an excellent start to summer vacation... =D

And hey CaptainHeroin i see that you always smoke cannabis with your suboxone. Do you find that the effects are actually diminished unlike the crazy synergy with other opiates? Just curious cause thats what i have found.

I'm slowly recovering from a bout of the 24-hour stomach flu and I've got a fever as a result, I reallyyyy want to take some opiates but instead I just took 0.5mg lorazepam and I plan on taking another 0.5mg in an hour or two. Then some GB rips and I think I'll give in after that and do some lines of buprenorphine. Maybe a cup of coffee as well...

I'm not Captain.Heroin but I can certainly say that Suboxone and cannabis have a great synergy with each other, as long as you don't smoke too much weed (then the weed just overpowers the opiate warmth)
