Nothing I slept till 9pm because I didn't have anything...but felt w/d coming on(sore legs,stuffy nose, very emotional) so took some 2.5mg lortabs(haha,I know)some valium and some flexeril..oh and a glass of wine.

And on the nights I still have trouble sleeping, I'll throw in some Diphenhydramine. For when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep? I'll take tons of Valerian Root (20+ tablets), St. Johns Wort (20+ Tablets), Melatonin (2 Tablets), Chamomile Extract (20+ Tablets) and other supplements. I'll probably take some Aspirin or Ibuprofen as well as the main reason why I can't get back to sleep is due to RLS.

Currently got busted by my parent (who's house I live in, for the time being) nodded out with a rig next to me. Took everything from me (money, rigs, dope, etizolam, MXE, laptop) so I'm fucked. Hopefully getting a referral to get on MMT tomorrow; I have an appt. with Crisis Care. My parents won't pay for bupe maintenance again, insurance will not cover it and it's expensive as fuck! My moms been giving me 2mg peices of bupe and my dad is giving me 10mg valium tabs from an old script I had that he saved for an emergency (He always looks out for me more so than my Mom). My life = shit right now.

Personally i take
6-12 50mg tramadol tabs
6-8 30mg codeine tabs
50/50 chance on having like 1mg of subutex. (mixes really well with tramadol)
And at night time, like a gram of a legal incense called 420 intense (probably will end up killing me, have no money to afford real weed at the moment)
then after that
3mg of etizolam.

Moodlift, yes. Energy, not so much. It actually can make me feel sleepy if I take too much. I did feel high the first time I tried over 100mg of loperamide, but these days, I just use it more as a weekday maintenance thing. Anything from 50mg and over, if I smoke some weed, I feel like I am on an opiate, but otherwise I don't really feel it. Kinda like methadone after you are stabilized.
