What Was Your Morning Fix For Today v. Am I High Yet?

Well technically my morning fix was a nice dose of 4-ACO-DMT.

My homegirl was sick as fuck and I picked her up all the way across town at 2am and by 3 she was feelin better so we dosed some eyeballed 4-aco-dmt.

Damn did we have a great trip. we were laying in bed for the whole time and we would close our eyes and have our head rush with the weirdest shit ever, the room never got uncomfortable though. really fun

Then I dropped her off at 8 and came home and fell asleep. finally just woke up to the call of my fent dealer and he bought a GEL fent patch which I havent had in at least 4 months.

oh yeah im high bout to pop a xannie and valium and clonazepam to make these fent foilys kick in
 
50mg adderall and my opiate taper dose of 45 mg (TOTAL!!!) today :S Uncomfortably dealing w/ chills/sweats so I'm taking 30mg temaz in a bit to sleep...
 
24mg Suboxone, sublingual (used to get off on by shooting/snorting, simply want to function now)

Benzo tolerance has become insane, first day of taper:
140mg diazepam
9mg clonazepam
(took temazepam, brotizolam, bromazepam, alprozolam, barbs, etc.- locked in rifle case, key to rifle case in Sig pistol case, that key in chest which has comination lock. I'm adding this bc i know i ll never remember but maybe after taper to point tht can think will look on BL and look at my posts and see this and know where it all is)

That was first thing this morning, woke up at 5am as can't sleep well... That stabilized me somewhat, but I'm also dealing with several other concomitant issues, so...

120mg IV methylphenidate (IR Ritalin prep'ed with a micron filter)
and of course b/c I need to "slow my heart rate down" while I enjoy the MPH-
210mg IV midazolam (15mg Dormicum pills pre'ed w/micron)

and whlie all this shit is going on on, I'm having withdrawals from, of all substancees, tramadol... you I know the serotonin is lacking i already take drugs with norep can't get much more mu receptor activation after 24mg sub so i drink a whole bottle of deslym vivid hallucinations yes there was also a 2nd bottle half full

my alarm goes off that monthly appt with sub doc and therapist but can't drve when text on screen is 3d and mving and osft and pillow like changing call to reschedule is a 3 hour drive relative is really pissed at me and christ how di d we get here please come tomorow

tolerance is HORRIBLE avoid it like the plague please
if only i had the "constitution" to not always go more more more more cold cold cold rinse repeat :(
 
I haven't had a morning opiate fix in weeks, possibly months.

But I had a rather large supply this morning, and decided to eat 20mg of oxycodone, and blow another 10mg. Got 15 more (mg) just in case. :)
 
1 shot of rum boiled with about a gram of weed (waited til the alcohol was noticeably yellowed and oily looking then strained)

followed by a double shot of some really tasty espresso

perfect match, time to smoke some bowls, might eat some doses
 
12mg of phenazepam about 10 mins ago..

I've been using phen all weekend cos I received my ordrer on friday.

Phenaz doesn't really seem much like other benzos at all.

Not even really that sedating. Sure it's got the anti-axiety properties but not my favourite benzo by far. Even for the price. It's just so hard for me to get other benzos around here and i LOVE benzos!!

(maybe I just got a bad/dirty batch. it's only my first order)

I got a mad high tolerance to benzos though.
