What was your first psychedelic?

I tried Mushrooms for the first time when I was 18. I had been smoking herb for a little under a year, so I figured why not try something new. My friend told me "Oh it makes you trip, you see hallucinations and your vision gets all wiggly and colorful. So I tried them, and really enjoyed them. Then I tired Salvia, which sucked. After that was LSD.

My first truly psychedelic expereinces happened on weed. It's not psychedelic for me anymore, but it sure as fuck was when I first started using it.
I remember one of my first psychedelic weed trips quite well. I sneaked out of my house on a school night when I was 15 to go get high with my friends. We ended up getting sooooooo fucked up, and then while I was passed out in one of those good ol' dissociated psychedelic weed comas that are now a thing of the past for me, i had a "vision" of flying through the cosmos, but all matter on the period table had it's own color. And I flew past earth, and it was different from the rest of space because it was soooooo colorful, and it's because of the rich diversity of elements/colors that life is such a complex and interesting place in the universe.
It was pretty cool for a 15 year old who'd only smoked weed a couple of times.
That's why i listed weed & mushrooms though, cause weed isn't really a proper psychedelic, however, I did have my first truly mind expanding trips from smoking marijuana when I was a young teen.

Weed at 14 then a year later after trying a load of different chemicals acid. I had salvia too throughout that first year but it was more of a crazy experience that I have little memory of compared to acid. So glad I did as I spent the entire day running around laughing.
In its own sense I would say yeah, but it is on a different wavelength in ways too. I find weed becomes most psychedelic after taking psychedelics (say smoking weed a few days after taking acid) or even after taking a psychedelic for the first time I found the weed high changes completely after that.

LSD, age 14, two really strong hits, completely changed my mind for the better.

15 years old...summer of freshmen year of high school. I took a hit of blotter acid and went for a walk through some neighborhoods with my friends. Later we all hung out inside listening to music, staring at black light posters and talking. I ate some cereal without milk and dropped alot of the pieces on the floor. Memories!
Well first time I smoked weed, 1.5 grams of Jack Herer in a big green spliff. The most psychedelic experience I've ever had with exception to DMT and a few high dose LSD trips.
But first technical psych I had was a small dose of mushrooms at 17. I remember it was odd and not what I expected at all.
Then a few months later, the next one I tried was MDMA with about 10 or 15 mushrooms, beautiful experience. Then the next day my first meeting with Lucy. That was the best weekend!!
