What was your dream last night?

I've been dreaming about my cat a lot lately! :D

Always in situations where I have to rescue him, or protect him from something.... like we're on a long journey together and I have him with me, keeping an eye on him. Last night's dream was there were two cats, and one was mine and one was an impostor. But I knew which one was mine...

There's always an overwhelming feeling of love and fighting to protect him... although in real life he's just a normal member of the household, I adore the little bugger, but I don't feel as strongly as I do in my dreams.

.... I wonder if my cat represents a child, and this saviour instinct is my latent maternal urges emerging? :\ *ponders*
 
Last night I had a dream about this bright pink jacket I have. In my dream it brought me and the people around me bad luck whenever I wore it but I refused to take it off. One of my friends got hit by a car, one lost their job, my brother died and still I refused to take it off.

The dream ended with me sitting of the roof of my house surrounded by a bushfire and having the hose I was using to try and douse the flames stop working.

Damn jacket. I hardly ever wear it in real life.
 
my whack yet awesome dreams have subsided. I now wake up and bury my head in the pillow instead of smiling.

it sucks
i want whack dreams again :(
 
My dream involved travelling to all these little run down country houses on trains that carried sheep.. and having to squish in with sheep. also m&m mix ups and toblerones... sick children and haunted bedrooms... it was pretty strange.
 
I had another similar dream like Upallnight.. I lost my teeth as well after kissing a mate C, whom I have this huge feeling for in my dream, I got false teeth but they also fell out as well..
 
I don't normally dream but last night my bizaare dream consisted of ski-fields in the mountains, helicopters, the honourable John Winston Howard, Euro 2004 Stadiums and games but actually it was the olympics, my brother and his girlie and i still have no idea what it was all about.. Considerign i only remember 4 dreams a year this was just strange and didn't really go anywhere.. :\
 
I dreamt that I was calling a doctor I need to see to make an appointment, and she ended up crying on the phone to me cos she had to operate on a young girl who had cancer.

Sort of...I have dreams about my teeth falling out every now and then, and it always REALLY disturbs me, so I've asked several knowledgeable people about it, and what they've said makes sense: teeth = power/control.

We use our mouth to talk, we use our teeth to eat, and biting is an effective attack, so when you dream that you're losing your teeth it's your subconscious being scared that you're losing control over a situation or losing power in a situation. Have a think about it as it applies to parts of your life, I bet you'll find that interpretation works.

There's someone in your life who should be an authority figure, or a supportive figure to you, but you feel like you have to carry them? I dunno, I'm guessing now....
 
^ I'll try and remember that. :) I have it all the time.

Last nights dream: My mum came up to me and said, 'I know you've been using the internet behind my back.' I asked her how and she said, 'BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS BEEN DOWNLOADING PORN!'

I reminded her that I have a 19 year old brother and she then shrugged and walked away.

My dreams are seriously getting more and more lame.

erm, last dream I had involved flying a blackhawk helicopter with giant machinegun that someone was firing from the side into a giant glass windowed skyscraper full of people who were dressed in mullets, white shoes and skintight jeans (fashion clones). All of this was happening on a beautiful coastline, much like the florida keys. The building was eventually destroyed and I flew off into the sunset much like a cowboy.

aaah, such is the life of a Trip reports regular :P
 
Lately I've been having some really tripped out dreams... well they're more like nightmares.

Last night I was living in this apartment with some family, all I remember is this boy who I was sort of trying to help, and a mum and dad. It was a total head fuck. The parents were playing some sort of game, where all I could see were these repeated images flickering really fast. All this trippy stuff. I was really scared, but I knew I had to figure it out... the only thing the mum said to me as a clue was 'We work with repedetiveness'.
at some point there was a fire in the apartment, and suddenly all my family were there are we all run out and stood out the front. we were all talking about it and stuff then i bolted up these cement stairs (which looked as if they lasted forever) and said 'i figured it out!'
So i had figured out what they were doing, when they were saying a sentence like 'How are you today' it would be said 'h-h-how are y-y-you to-d-d-day' but with every repeated bit the image would rewind and repeat to.. so what i was watching was all jumpy. this totally fucked with reality somehow. then i told the boy and managed to save him.

I woke up in the middle of this dream to go to the toilet, i was sweating and really freaked out. When I lay back down to go to bed I started thinking of something else to dream of, but then decided to think about the old dream instead because i knew that I had to solve the game. The dream was not like one I'd had before, just because REALITY was fucked... TIME could rewind and repeat. Like what the hell???

Another nightmare sort of thing that I had the other night was about my friend and I. We were on drugs and there was this man... a greyish/silver and evil man who was really trying to fuck with us. But he was a professional. All I remember is saying to my friend 'He's saying all the things that will make us flip out cos we're on drugs!' and my friend was like 'Don't worry, he's just trying to fuck with us...' then he gave some really good advice which i can't remember.

I think this 'game' thing all started since I took mushrooms and thought I had to try to firstly observe, understand then break out of this game. What a spin out. Now it's coming out in my dreams!
 
Just a quick note here.. Last nights dream included quite a few bluelighter's in it.. and the star of it was 1234!! yay!! we having a party, but not many people turned up, I ended up drying dishes with kryalcastleE, and 1234 was dressed up in retro clothes, he was also helping me find a place to live in melbourne!! yay!!
 
I was dreaming last night I was at work and I was loading all the blankets into a car cause I thought someone was going to steal them :\

I woke up a few mornings back
I had a dream to recall, so I immediately set myself to messaging it to c0tb (who happened to feature in it, along with a whole host of other bluelight stars)

the message goes as:
A dream that we went um (to) kke house um (to) get drunk in her yard. Talked about N's cat, kke's car and you not being there. The cat climbed on my head. I woke up.

apparently we had gone, gotten pissed in kke's backyard (with our little group of friends) and N's cat had gone and climbed onto my head, sort of like a feline helmet. I then proceeded to walk around with it on.

Man I had the most fucking weirdk0re dream last night yo...my best friend Pete and I went to this CD shop, and Pete was being a complete smartass to the guy who owned the shop. Turns out the guy was this total gangsta dude, and he put Pete in a very James Bond deathtrap to kill him. Pete was in this transparent box behind the store counter, strapped inside another box, (not transparent) to a chair. The walls on the inside box were slowly closing in so he'd eventually be crushed to death.

I spent ages trying to convince the shop owner not to kill my best friend, even while there were staff coming in to work with this guy in a box at their feet. One thing I noticed was that I was REALLY attracted to the bad guy, he was hot as guts!

Anywho...eventually I convinced the bad guy to let us both go, but I had to give him my chewing gum and I had to convince Pete to give him his prized lighter with a photo of a naked woman on it where the boobs light up when you light a smoke.

Very very strange.
 
I just remembered now what my dream was partly about last night ;

I remember I was looking for a pair of socks in someones house ( i dunno who the person was ) but I was talking to like two girls in there asking about my socks and then I looked down and noticed I had no tshirt on either just jeans and shoes but no socks ) so I said sorry about the manboobs, i am working on it and ran away....

very weird...
