The quickest I have to say 5 seconds, almost imediately

I crushed up really good some Molly, and snorted a really nice line of molly.

that was by far the best come up.

I reached heaven, like scotty beep me up.


did not lasted as long thought, but I snorted some more, hehehe
 
I take about 40 to 50 minutes to come up fully on a half full tummy, only cos I don't like rolling on completely empty.. the comedown is worse for me that way.

I snorted a quarter of a pill recently and I was off chops within 30 minutes. It was after a big buffet dinner so I knew it would have taken ages any other way. It seemed like I had a whole pill, the feeling was so intense. But of course it didnt last as long. All fun while it lasted tho.. :\
 
My quickest ever was a white red bull pill 7 years ago. I took it and felt it 10 minutes later. Im not sure if it was due to the fact that i crunched the pill in my mouth.
 
a little while ago, i did a tenth of molly and i was fucked up. not rolling balls but definately feeling it and I sniffed another tenth. within 10 minutes i was FUCKED UP. hazy vision, eyes rolling in the back of my head all that good stuff. I was totally surprised how hard it hit me. I've rolled probably about 100 times and never had a come up as quick as that.

I guess since i was already high it wasn't a complete come-up but either way it was the quickest any MDMA has ever hit me.
 
ages ago dropped about 200mg in a capsule, then 5 min later whipped out another 200mg in a wrap for friends to have :) of which i ended up having a bit more hehe, came up probably within 10-15 min of taking the capsule! was loved up for 7hours it was a very good day!
 
I'll never forget my quickest come up. It was the fourth or fifth time I tried E and it was on gel caps that my friend laughingly told me were so strong that they'd shoot you to the moon.

I took one on an empty stomach and within about 12 minutes was rocketing to the peak. I was terrified and totally freaked out. We were at my apartment on our way to a club, and my friends had to almost drag me to the car, open the door, put on my seatbelt. I was so overwhelmed I thought I was going crazy and would remain that way for the rest of my life.

The panic only lasted about 2 minutes and then melted away. I have never in my entire 5 years of using E been so high. I would suddenly open my mouth and random verbal diahrrea would just spew out as there was free thought/word associations. Walking on the sidewalk from the car to the club, my feet felt so amazing in my runners that I almost cried. It was at night and the lights all vibrated back and forth; the eye wobbles were incredible. When we entered the club the music that was playing imprinted on my mind and to this day gives me a huge and wonderful flashback.

The negative effect was that until then I never was afraid to drop pills, but it was so intensely overwhelming that from that day on I developed an anxiety about dropping pills because I was so scared of coming up, and that was the day that I never really quite rolled the same again. Come ups went from generally very fast to long, slow drawn out anxious affairs.

Probably about 40 minutes, after snorting a bit less than half a pill and chewing another 1.5. Usually I don't fully come up until around 1h30.
 
i always snort so it usually takes about 30 mins, but sometimes if i haven't eaten anything that day & i'm not thinking about it i'll come up in like 15-20 min
 
Fastest come up for me would be 15mins. This is the point where I can feel some light tingles, my heart beat increases dramatically and the sweaty palms.

This is when I get excited cause I know that its gonna 'hit' me very soon :D
 
The fastest time ecstasy hit me was when i got done with court one morning, my two friends pick me up and said "we just took a pill, want to roll with us?" i was like sure and so i ate a pill in the car and when we got home i layed on the couch and it hit me like a ton of bricks. It was about 25-30 minutes and it has never hit me so hard since.
 
Hit me in less than 10mins once. Empty stomach, I have a small build (58kgs, 5'10") and within 30mins I was rolling my tits off. Pretty weird considering it usually takes 30-40mins to hit me.

I think you need to define coming up. It seem like a lot of people here are defining it as being fully up (peaking, plateauing, or just feeling strong effects), whereas I, and others, would define it as feeling the first slight effects. I voted 11-20 because I have railed low doses and felt effects within 20 minutes.
