They certisnky could be considered the most neutral or least impressive but they aren’t something so displeasing that ppl immediately say they never want to try it again, which was the aim of the poll.

They can be dry in their own as their isn’t much of a feeling but they do really disinhibit you like alcohol just without the high alcohol gives.

As an adjunct to opioids they really shine imo. It adds an almost “floating” to an opioid high. As an adjunct to alcohol they also shine if you really want to lose all inhibitions which I like too.

But it’s a personal taste but I just like being knocked unconscious by drugs, anesthetic like. Benzos are great at that too. I like em.


Have you ever tried temazepam? This is one that is actually euphoric, I would laugh annd laugh on it for some reason, and even slightly visual reminding me of a light ketamine dose giving things a dreamy sparkly appearance. Very unique among all other benzos

Oh. I gotta vote weed then... Which doesn't mean I wouldn't use it now 😂, but I really hated it back then.

Temazepam what dose? At zero tolerance. Cause after only 3 weeks 😃 mine finally landed and either I try that or Bromazepam tomorrow

i'm sure you've heard this, but strain selection is key, imo.

cbd is a red herring, i have severe anxiety and get super paranoid and i do get that raging anxiety... from SOME strains (like og kush, anxiety up front and a SUPER stupor burnout, og kush is one of the worst strains imo)...

you could prolly spend a lifetime finding a sativa that doesn't cause paranoia and anxiety, but personally i would avoid them and hybrids (ime there aren't really real sativas at dispensaries anyway, just gelato and other hybrids that they slap the 'sativa' label on... never heirloom pure sativas, even super silver haze is only like half haze, heck even acapulco gold is now a hybrid... it ain't the classic sativa acapulco gold)

but anyway, i personally would look for things like bubba kush, grape ape, purple urkle, etc. or if you can find pakistani or iranian (etc.) indicas, i would try them.

i love my daytime indicas. chemdog 91 aka chem 91 aka the 'skunkVA' original chem cut is a really good hybrid that doesn't do the burnout thing, and doesn't cause me any anxiety (quite the opposite, it's a real relief).
 
does poppers count?

they're not that popular, but i honestly find being hit in the head (ignoring the pain) to be a better high.

I never got the whole strain stuff it all feels the same to me.

The only difference I notice is between American weed and outdoor brown Mexican weed with seeds.

Everything at the dispensaries from a to z is just green crack to me
 
I vote for benzos and ketamine.
I had these substances only once and didn't like it at all. It's unlikely that I will try it again.

Freebase cocaine was also quite dissapointing, it lost magic after few experiences, but at least first two sessions were great.
 
I'd say Ambien/zolpidem. Never understood the hype. I like a decent sedative and it does help you sleep but I've never had the supposed trippy/recreational effects from it. Just seems like a poor version of zopiclone which definitely has a decent buzz.

A lot of people seem disappointed with meth. I'd say it depends on the purity and route of administration. Smoking meth can be incredibly pleasurable, sensual almost, especially combined with weed. Very compulsive though and a recipe for psychosis. However if you want to stay up for days drinking, fucking and partying it's a hands down winner.

many strains are basically the same in terms of fx, but i don't know how to steer someone in terms of finding those different strains, cause some are definitely different.. there is definitely a difference, i have favorites (like the chemdog/ diesel family, each with its own medicinal or recreational properties)

if you can find a bubba kush and like... acapulco gold or some other mostly sativa variety (sucks cause they'll call gelato a 'saTiVA", etc.), and smoke them on separate days, you'll prolly notice different aspects of the spectrum. even a hybrid like sour diesel COULD have quite heady fx, whereas some indicas (like g13hp crosses, ime) don't have a strong head high.

that might be because it's actually mostly all og kush hybrids, and mostly those og kush hybrids are cookies crosses, like gelato which is a cookies hybrid and therefore an og kush hybrid.

i hate og kush, i hate cookies, ironically there are a couple gelatos i kinda like, i guess selection is key.... by 'kinda', i mean if there's nothing else... larry bird is one of the worst strains i've ever smoked and i will never smoke it again, but i'll try og kushes because i don't hate all those as much as i hate the inbred cookies crap that's been selected for bag appeal/ instaburnout™.
 
Honestly can't pick any of these. I've tried a form of each at least once and saw its good parts and its bad parts but never thought, 'this isn't for me'. Maybe a few times on psychedelics but those are funnily enough the drug I have the fondest memories of.
 
Coke for sure. I mean I get it and don't get it. Coke made me feel like a Benzo & A Upper Had a Baby. It made me feel like an Awake Rock. I thought I'd be bouncing off the walls looking out my window paranoid like on the movies but it couldn't be any further from the truth.

This post is a little weird because I don't think there's a single drug I've tried, that I didn't try again.
If fentanyl would've been on this list, I'd have gone with that. I hated it, but if some one offered it to me right now, I'd probably do it anyway.
Heroin is 100x better than fent & always will be.


So really, there are no drugs that I've tried & said "i'll never do this again". Just drugs I've tried & thought sucked, but always ended up doing again anyway.

I went with alcohol, because out of all the options, alcohol is probably the shittiest drug. But I was an alcoholic for 2 decades, so I can't really say it's a drug that I tried & said I'd never try again.
 
Well, I'm not at all saying I wouldn't try bonafide heroin again if got some, but I sure as hell would be cautious since the only time resulted in me puking for a couple days. Maybe I could persevere but I don't have any desire unless I REALLY figured out to do a tiny dose...and besides, I have zero faith in getting true heroin, so why bother even thinking about it?
 
I voted for ketamine. That said, I do like ketamine, I just don't understand the disproportionate hype, especially compared to other dissos. After years of wishing I finally got to taste and intranasal, IM, k-holed out, whatever (never IVed it though) all I could liken it to was a glorified, slightly cleaner DXM trip. And if you use the right formulations or extract, DXM isn't very dirty at all imo. K-hole I would liken to a strong 3rd or a 4th plateau DXM experience, but foggier, not as lucid, and if you overshoot you just black all the way out, which is no fun and a waste. Also I rarely use DXM anymore for anything besides opioid potentiation, but when I do, I'm okay with paying the price of a box of cold medicine. I'm not okay with paying the regional asking price for a similar but much shorter experience with ketamine, and I'm sure as fuck not going to shell out four grand a month for a k-clinic lol.
 
Heroin (never again), ugh. Also codeine. Doubt I will ever try either again

Odd really as I enjoy oxy and opium latex on ocasion but only in low doses (the latter obvs has codeine/morphine in)
 
huh so someone does prefer the ol' mexi brick. When you say tamest I am guessing you tried the 30$ outdoor oz's and ground up weed and all that. Shoot I actually have a jar of mexibrick from god knows when if you are ever in MI consider it donated!
