meth is kinda boring, but it is really addictive and taken long enough, turns me into real degenerate

Never got the hype around coke. Tried several times nasal and it was okay stuff as well. Just got jittery and anxious with heart palpitations.
One drop of a friends strong cocaine solution mixed in a shot of amphetamine solution, taken IV, is pretty fucking nice though. But not the cocaine by itself.

coke was kinda so numbing cognitively like I was in bubble so I kinda loathed it. And wanted more.

Crack was bad, likewise strong depressants ( barbiturates, quaaludes) Of course, these undeniable truths didn't stop me from continuing to try them for awhile. And the crack did feel great, for about the first 5 minutes

Weed. It sounds like the ideal drug if you listen to a stoner but all I get is raging anxiety, both mentally and physically. CBD helps but it also cancels the THC.

I enjoyed snorting cocaine (I had access to really good coke) and at one point I was horribly addicted to IV coke (don't do it!), but I tried crack 3 or 4 times and it was underwhelming.
I had crackhead friends, but I never understood the appeal. It seemed like I felt the comedown more than the high itself-- which only lasted a few minutes.
Fuck that shit.

I am totally not a stimulant person and I just put crack down so fucking easily after about 3 years of being addicted to it. Because of what you said….it is a horrible comedown and mostly shitty High.
The initial blast of crack though is the most moreish addictive shit I’ve ever experienced in my life. Like dilaided IV has an ultimate rush also - but I’m not obsessively chasing it trying to repeat it like what crack does to people l.
Crack is one of the ultimate euphoric highs imo. But the price to pay comedown wise is so severe amd and so immediate. Like an opioid withdrawal is worse but you can just delay that indefinitely by taking more. Crack punishes you as quickly as it rewards you is why I finally walked away from it and it was easy to never touch it again

agreed that was my vote. I've loved plenty of other amphetamine stimulants (regular amphetamine, 4-FA) too. I don't understand how meth is so wildly popular. Meth is powerful, overwhelming rush but not enjoyable of only very slightly and its simply not worth how shitty it is overall. worst comedown of any drug ever also.

I have to admit I'm not sure how the high of IVing coke is different from smoking crack, and how free base is different from either ( I've never tried free base). I only shot up coke once, many years ago. It was great but I never repeated. Then years later, I went through a period of smoking crack once in awhile. The crack was very euphoric and moreish, but I also knew the comedown utterly sucked and it wasn't worth it.
But why would they differ from each other? They both hit basically just as fast and are the same drug, aren't they?

One reason might be that heating crack decomposes cocaine into possibly other active compounds

As for meth, I had one binge many years ago snorting it. Quality wasn't probably good in those days but it was compulsive. Then I ran out and thought it was horrible, and didn't do it again until a couple years ago. The second time I just occasionally did very small doses orally until I ran out. No binging or staying up all night or big crashes or tweaking, just low key. It was pretty enjoyable but I could still tell that if I had more that I would risk getting sucked in . It was very sneaky that way and it felt like it was capable of rewiring my brain. I've never had a drug that made me think that before. Fuck that, that was the end for me

TLDR...clearly ROA really affects how drugs work. I'm a believer in oral over any other way

You need to try meth together with a NMDA antagonist maybe. This combo yielded some of the most clean/clear euphoria I've ever experienced. Not mind blowing but so clean. And this with only 25-50mg meth per day. Comedown consisted of some sadness but no real cravings,

I can count on one hand the amount of times I've tried crack and coke and it just wasn't for me. With crack - and it was good quality product - I just don't get the hype, and gladly so. I've never bought it, it was always passed to me and I'd always end up scoring something (typically heroin and/or benzos) to come the hell down from what was a crappy feeling to be honest.
Coke was far too expensive for the buzz, and while I get why people like it, for me it mostly sent me on edge which I typically am anyway which I why I dont like stims in general and tend to steer clear. Its too moreish for my liking and you can never have enough and always end up calling the coke guy for more, spending a bloody fortune and feeling dire the next day.
Weed is just forgettable when you've tried stronger drugs. I'd rather some fine quality hash, but only given the option of one over the other as each has a tendency to send my anxiety levels intergalactic. It has its uses as something for helping the comedowns off stims though, speaking of which:
Meth had its uses for when I had to detox off methadone and heroin in the sense that it'd let me borrow enough energy/dopamine in order to get my ass up out of bed in the first few days of withdrawal (before the inevitable crash). I had an Eastern-European connect for a while and used the bare minimum (I'm talking chasing 2-3 small lines on foil after I had eaten as much as possible in the early afternoon) for that purpose about 5 or six times, but other than that it felt dirty and its incredibly harsh on the system. I was seeing him 1-2 times a year for a while, and each time I would he'd be almost unrecognisable from our last meeting. Of course he had an absolutely gargantuan habit. Hope the guy is doing ok now that I come to think of it.
Alcohol I dont really care for in the sense that can take it for leave it. If someone managed to twist my arm into it, I'd have a drink then go weeks if not months without touching a drop. The last two times I had a few beers (typically the large 5% Peroni bottles) my anxiety was so bad that it had no effect on me and it just became a waste of money, especially when I'm paying €21.00 for 6, not even getting drunk or even slightly buzzed and waking up the next day with anxiety that severe that I cant leave the bloody bed the next day. I'll sleep that night but thats usually the best I can hope for. Its a take or leave thing for me.

Not hard to imagine that product retaining some activity. No idea if it does and it’s likely been made and in the scientific literature if anyone saying this is totally impossible would like to prove me wrong @endlessnameless @chippermonk
Fact remains most of the compound remains in tact.
Fuck maybe the methyl ester gets hydrolyzed more in IV coke and not as much in crack and the acid vs methyl ester differ in activity
A lot of shit can happen in chemistry and vapaorizing under high heat Defefinitely causes reactions and dissolving Coke in water and heating the spoon might especially if it’s not neutral Ph water.
