what was in this weed?

I bought this weed last week and I noticed that it had some sticky residue on the inside of the bag. Thinking nothing of it, I smoked it and I was alot more paranoid and jittery than I ever have been. No other unusual side effects though. Could the residue have been PCP, coke?

smoking coke doesnt do anything, so rule that out... maybe crack or pcp?
