so i enjoyed myself the opana er i live around pittsburgh area (east coast) and ive seen alot of newbs talking and what not saying opana are gone and then i come to see all my connects got my fuckin opanas switched to the god damn gel ones im really mad about it pardon my cursing but ya so now im on that china white and its good i really enjoy it but i guess my question is i been iv,ing it cause it only thing compareable to puttin an opana up your nose is iv that good good dope love it but ya i guess what im tryin to say is what do i say when im asking for needles at the pharma i dont want seem like a junker and what is a good harm reduction method of iv with that ole china white i been gettin god is it good too but i feel i havent been shooting it the safest way i am sort of a hygeine person

Micron filters can be ordered online, and are the most effective way of reducing harm by minimising any particulate matter you inject. They're a hell of a lot more effective than a cotton ball or cigarette filter, and come guaranteed sterile.

Best you can do is know what you're asking for beforehand so it seems like you know what you're doing, be courteous, and possibly have a story (diabetic, and know the name of some type of insulin as well as dose, sometimes they ask you this and if you seem like you know what you're talking about they normally don't look you up.) If the pharmacist won't give you it (some won't without a script) then no amount of knowledge will help you, simply drive to the next pharmacy.
