I know that winnipeg was a dry city for years but now it is getting to a pill town. With advent of oxyneo i heard heroin is replacing it
in the city. anyone who could add to this discussion would be great.

it's all in who you know, i live in a relatively small city and dilaudid/morphine/percs/benzos are everywhere, as well as coke and crack of course.
