What type of movies work best while high?

I find that, in my case at least, watching violent movies leaves me in a horrible mood (as mj enhances any emotions) but, on the other hand, watching cartoons is much more of a positive experience (South Park? So funny!) - the best, IMO, are anime like Studio Ghibli's. It's like visiting heaven for two hours... and not sure about anyone else but crying for some minutes at the end is inevitable for me.

Does anyone also think that the first time watching any great films should be while high? Somehow the next viewing is never the same, so perhaps it'll already be ruined at that point (especially if you weren't in a good mood the first time around).

I love movies/series that make me think.
The Matrix, Lost, Twin Peaks, Northern Exposure, Fringe, PI, K-PAX, ... stuff like that. Powerful human emotions make me cry too. I think it's healthy to release energu this way. Laughing too, of course !

Also, documentaries about the Universe/Nature are nice watching material !
