What tools to work with powder to reduce waste?

I received .4g of MDMA/ecstasy powder in two capsules unevenly distributed and i need to weigh out into 4 .1 dosages and put two of those doses into the capsules. this required me transferring and weighing and i picture myself leaving behind powder... never worked with it not sure what tools to use? thanks

Pretty sure you'll just have to accept any wastage, there are no specific tools (that I know of). This question isn't really HR so I'm going to close.
