So, for simplicity, say you get pulled over while driving. You have a half gram of butylone in the car. You have not consumed any drugs or alcohol recently and your hair and urine will test clean for everything. The officer says "I smell marijuana!"/decides to search your car for some reason. He finds your 0.5 Gram of Butylone. He asks you what it is. what do you say/not say at this point?

If you have a drug in your possession that is not scheduled or emergency scheduled, and you are searched by police or encounter police, what should you do? If you have less than a gram? More than a gram? If it's in capsules/pills or just powder in a baggie? What do you tell the police? What do you not tell the police? Obviously if they can prosecute you under the federal analog act (if they can prove that the effects are the same as a scheduled drug, they can prove you were going to distribute it, they can prove you intended to consume it) then you could be in hot water, right?

Of course, it could be that you got pulled over and they decided to search your car (if you gave them permission to them search it, if they had a warrant signed by a judge, or if they had reasonable doubt)

It could also be the case that you got caught selling/buying/eating it at an event.

Or maybe you were walking down the sidewalk at the wrong time of night and some paranoid fuck called the cops on you, so the police stop you, ask you questions, ask if you have any drugs or weapons, maybe search you.

On a funny/sad/dangerous/life-threatening note, it would be interesting if they decided to taste your baggie of 25i-nBOME with their pinky to see if it was coke. Obviously you would yell out "WAIT DON'T DO THAT MR. OFFICER!" but if he didn't heed your warning, well, you tried to warn him didn't you? Hopefully police are smart enough to not go taste testing unidentified powders these days.

Chances are you will get booked for a cds and it won't be until they send it off to a lab that you can get charges dropped. They sure as fuck are not going to take your word for it that your bag of white powder is legal.

LOL this isn't hollywood. A taste test doesn't hold up in court haha..

Tell them it's plant food/bath salts/glass cleaner and act ignorant.:D. You'll probably spend a night in jail, charges will get dropped, or they'll try to screw you with the federal analogue act(rare).Whatever you do, don't say it's for human consumption, or anything that could lead them to think it's for human consumption.

Cops don't taste test anymore, although that'd be hilarious if a cop taste tested pure LSD or fentanyl, thinking it was meth or H. I just though of that scene in the Eddie Murphy/Dan Aykroyd "Trading Places" where Aykroyds character gets set up, cops taste test the drugs and says"It PCP, Angel Dust". If it was pure PCP it would've fucked that cop up.

They ended Legal Discussion, and this isn't a how-to get away with various crimes law.

Research chemicals should be stored in a single container, not many different baggies (if it is all the same drug).

It's better not to come across a cop while possessing any drugs at all.

I know someone who got busted for possession of scheduled substances. Unscheduled chems were also seized, but no charges were placed.

i got arrested for a DWI when i was completely sober and they took my bag of phenazepam i had and when it all went away in court i tried to get my bag back and the cops said they destroyed it. Assholes.

etizolam pellets are roxi's.

But then again....what happens if you crushed up acetaminophen/paracetamol and put it in a baggie and drove around with it?

lmfao @ "ay-paps"

but I would carry it in the labeled container it came in, just like a Rx.
