What to do if close family member won't get the Vaccination?

This annoyed me. Sorry but nobody is forcing you in to anything against your own will or putting you in a concentration camp for example. How can you even compare it?

I believe that by CHOOSING not to be vaccinated those people are effectively contributing to the virus killing others. However just because I and many others feel this way doesn't mean that you must conform. You are allowed to be selfish and I am allowed to think you are selfish.

Another thing I was thinking about is what does life look like for at risk people long-term and for those who cannot have the vaccine. For instance, how they are viewed and treated. Would you date or be friends with a man or woman who is at risk, out of fear of infecting them if you are anti-covidvax or cannot have one due to allergies? What about the workplace, working alongside those with other health problems that cannot be exposed. Should those people like my friend (28yo) who has a compromised immune system never work or socialise in public again out of fear of her life, literally.

I get it in a way in that, I wouldn't want to live in a dictatorship either so it's good not to force people, but for me it's about my own morals and weighing it all up. Not bigging myself up btw as sometimes I think it'd be easier not to give a f**k and I am in no way perfect, I just care. And I don't care if You don't have anyone close to YOU that's at risk because what about My elderly parents? My friends and My neighbors? Or just people in general and the risk of mutations. Or can we go and f**k ourselves just because people are angry about a vaccine.

If people don't care, or have a different opinion on the vaccines then I have as much free will to be angry/frustrated about it (hence this long venty post lol). Obv like many others I love my parents, they are my everything and the virus would almost definitely take them out. They have suffered big time mentally like a lot of folk due to shielding.

So there you have it, nobody is forcing anyone yet all you hear is people whining about being forced in to it like it's Nazi Germany when it isn't. It's not all about you and your free willy. I think since those people have a choice then they must realise that they may have to deal with the effects of their choice such as, working from home, declaring they haven't been vaccinated prior to interviews etc which sucks the whole thing does. But that is your choice and you need to weigh it up rather than complain because you're not the only ones suffering. You or loved ones could be dead or suffering with long covid, count your blessings.

Did i compare it to concentration camps? Nope . I was referring to propaganda we see everywhere daily. Within a year people are willing to give up their rights and turn on each other over a virus that has a 96ish% survival rate. People like your grandmother and others with bad immune systems should be the ones getting the vaccine and staying inside instead of everyone and the worlds economy crashing.

I would tell you to read the context first before insulting behavior but you can't spell so i can see reading to be a tad confusing
 
Firstly, don't have a gran anymore so you could maybe learn to read as well? the examples I used were my best friend and my elderly parents.
Second of all, I am gonna give myself some credit and say I am not brainwashed but never say never I try not to believe everything I hear and see.
Can I ask why are you complaining about not having to get a vaccine that you don't want? And why bring up Hitler at all then as it's fuck all to do with the cunt. people dying is evidence to me not prop.

Side note: You could argue that some conspiracy theories are built on Nazi ideology which many people believe. I have a totally brainwashed friend will not recieve medical treatment for his mental health, psoriasis and heart problem ... now that is dangerous but at least he is consistent. When I read of those not wanting to get a vaccine but will happily receive medicine any other time it confuses the life out of me but everyone is allowed to do what they want obviously. I really think folk are being paranoid and scared and don't wanna admit it, sorry.

My father has just been through his third heart surgery and I think it's horrible telling vulnerable people to become hermits and that's that. That feels to me as disregarding a lot of people and could even harbour an atmosphere through society that makes people feel like a burden or makes people angry because you are pretty much trying to promote an attitude which ironically would dictate how these people live life whilst claiming you don't wanna be dictated to. Nobody is forcing you to get a vaccine so don't try and force my parents to not have a life. What your saying is shite. Maybe we could find some grey area rather than 'all you grannies can hide away so we can enjoy ourselves as 'normal'.' Tell that to someone who just lost their mum or something. If you had that attitude in person you would get a swift crack to the jaw at best.
There is obviously concrete evidence it kills and that it mutates, plus anything is possible as we have learned, it could get worse (touch wood)...so not propaganda. I unfortunately know a few people who have lost their life. So I am entitled to weigh it all up and form my own opinion without getting ridiculed to by you who suggests I have been brainwashed and that the rights of those who some people view as a burden I feel are not worth the national effort. Just hide them away in the dark and/or let them die.

I am a musician I fucking miss performing and going to gigs, I lost my job so now I do customer service from home. It sucks but not being able to cuddle my mum is worse, never mind my parents having to shield and their mental health declining. (Need to address the impact of lockdown and support mental health). Anyway, like loads of people he's worked hard all their days and it annoys me selfish people like you thinking you can dictate to them how they spend the rest of their days. Imagine the virus only affected healthy people? How would you feel then, would you be fine being told it's your problem so deal with it or would you want everyone to try their hardest for a better solution?
Don't get the vaccine but don't compare people making informed decisions to nazi propaganda cause that's just daft and disrespectful in a way. You sound like you are the only victim of this virus.

Give up what rights you can do stuff again once majority of people have been vaccinated so what's the big issue? Plus where I am folk are doing what they want anyway 😂 Is it that we have had to do some hard work to stop hospitals being overwhelmed and so on?
Turn on who? We don't all have to agree but just like you have yours I have mine and I trust in science

Science is often influenced by money.

I'll give you an exemple. For a few years, I was feeling worse and worse, doctors didn't know what I had. I finally found in alternative sources that my trouble could be the mercury in dental amalgams. One year of chelation after my dental amalgams removal, I feel so much better. There was a court judgement in Italia in December 2020 allowing doctors to use HCQ again for Covid treatment, based on scientific data. Dr Raoult is still harassed by its professionnal order. When you get on the way of profits of big pharma, they try to destroy you.

Playing the new Resident Evil? Smashed the demo, enjoyed it, bit short though. But as a technical demo it did what it was supposed too.

i can't recall which one i just played but i'm still traumatised by having to give up on the final boss. i always figured i'd like to die early come the apocalypse and reading the road confirmed that.

i'm super miffed about the news in manchester its right by me am gonna have to change where i buy food and stuff.

I'd welcome the apocalypse if I were to survive the initial cause! One of my (many) quirks that my partner thankfully allows me to indulge is that I really like prepping. So I always have at least a month's worth of food and water stored in the house, food is rotated so expiry dates are at least 18/24 months good, water recycling, purification, four different types of power, (gas, solar, diesel and wind, all of which power a bank of batteries) have my FAC, so armed also (though that's more used for the jolly days out with the farm gang). Also have my little bolt hole in some woodland I purchased almost ten years ago. Never picked up by the councils planning department thankfully!

But aye, the new Resi Evil looks a banger, can't wait. Taking the piss with the price of PS5 games though.
 
wow!!! you definitely would fare better than me.

i used to have what i considered a suicides worth of drugs at all times, not in case of apocalypse, just in case generally- multiple LD50s of a variety of substances, but i lost it. maybe i should do my own 'prepping' and get some acetone and whatever else is required to make homemade cyanide.
 
If you want an easy option to off yourself, (and I absolutely do not encourage anyone too, if you’re feeling low reach out to someone) a canister of helium and a apap mask, inhale and it replaces the oxygen in your lungs and you suffocate. But not the oh lawd I can’t breathe type, because your body doesn’t recognise it due to oxygen being replaced with helium.

Again; do not recommend.

I think carbon monoxide would be my go to if I ever felt that way inclined. But I'm too much of a masochist to ever take the easy way out...
