I have allergies right now. I took a zyrtec and am drinking seltzer water is this safe? What else can I do? I also have been using saline spray and taking a hot shower.

It's fine to drink seltzer water while taking zyrtec or other allergy medications. It's just carbonated water.
For allergies I usually eat hot chilies, drink hot tea, take showers, wash my face with warm water, use fake tears/eyedrops if my eyes itch, and saline spray helps, as well as using nasonex or flonase for a few days.
