what supplements should i get? my goal is to reach 250, im 17 and weigh 155 atm

hey dudes thanks for ur advice on my previous question about whether or not to take testosterone booster, ive started my regimen again, but am currently supplementing nothing, i shoplift supplements from stores so money is not an issue whatsoever... i will not buy anything sold online or over the phone or anything.... so my question to u is what exactly should i get? (my goal is to reach 250 i want to be really strong and well built i dont really care how fat i get eeither)
 
250 is way to big qnd probably not likely until about 12 years down the road....start small
 
how could you possibly know how long it will take you to gain 95lbs of lean mass? You know virtually nothing about bodybuilding. I'd say that unless your genetics are great you will never gain 95 pounds of lean mass, with or without steroids.

250 and ripped is what IFBB pro's compete at. Maybe you will be an IFBB pro though?

if u read what i wrote above u i wldnt think ur an idiot, and yeah im 17 i dont really know much bout bodybuilding, so instead of saying my goals are unreachable and dissing me give me sum fucking advice u cunt
 
Chillax... Unless your genetics are amazing thats a pretty tall order. Why not look at an obtainable goal first (like 200lbs in the next 5-6 years).

Anyways the only sups you need is a good whey powder/weight-gainer, a big bottle of omega oil and some creatine. And more food than a family of four can eat =D
 
I like P-Mo's advice. HOnestly I set goals of 10 pounds. That way I dont get carried away. 10 extra lean pounds is about 250-350 extra calories a day compared to your maintenance. so if you want to weigh 165 lean and are 155 lean, then you'll need to slowly escalate calories up (from your maintenance) from (say) 3000 to 3,350. This will be your new maintenance at 165. Then when you want to get up to 175 you'll need to increase your calories to 3,700~. This is not linear process. You will need to go through a mass phase and then consolidation phase (mature the muscle fiber so the hypertrophied muscle is more retainable at maintenance calories - whatever that may be).

Eventually you will max out your potential. Then you can introduce anabolics and growth hormone and continue pushing the calories higher.

If you just want to be a fatass then its easy. Cram as much caloric dense food (fats) into your body as possible. No respect for attaining this goal though as anybody can do it. Very few people can gain lean mass reasonably well.

Supplements will not build a great physique....they are nothing but...just supplements

Food is extremely important

and for supplements...I'd recommend just a multi, fish oil, and whey (you don't need whey but it certainly helps with hitting your macros because I understand not everyone can cook a ridiculous amount of whole food everyday)

You don't need anything else

nutrition is 75% minimum (if not more) of proper muscle growth

Pound eggs man lots of eggs there cheap. Buy a can of coconut milk with alot of raw eggs and some chocolate whey protein and lift heavy and eat eat eat
 
Interesting how you said you just shoplift supplements, you can really just march out of stores with big ol tubs of whey protein? all the power to you!
