I am just wondering for harm reduction purposes what drugs you could expect to be sold as methamphetamine other than methamphetamine specifaclly in a crystal form similar to ice
 
This is still substance ID, you are just phrasing the question as a hypothetical; how is this any different from I have clear/cloudy crystals which were sold to me as methamphetamine and have stimulants effect, what else could it be?
 
Probably quite a few others but that's just going to end up in endless speculation.
