quercetin inhibits the CYP3A4 enzyme, eat two apples the day of rolling.
vitamin C does not potentiate your roll, so orange juice won't help it. take vitamin C towards the end of your roll to reduce dopamine oxidation on your 5ht receptors. use other anti-oxidants towards the end of your roll because anti-oxidants work together...a great post roll cocktail is some green tea, vitamin c, and alpha lipoic acid. minimizes brain damage and you'll feel a lot better in the morning as a result. better sleep too![]()
