What should I do?

Call and leave a message for my doctor is all I can think of.

I would have been asleep now with my klonopin 3mgs, I took 20mgs valium and 2 15mg restorils still kinda anxious wtf? how much valium should I be taking? Or if I were to switch to xanax how much?

Dude start naming your threads something appropriate. This isn't your damn facebook page. "What should I do" is completely useless. It doesn't tell anyone skimming subject lines what it's about and if someone was doing a search looking for info on Xanax and/or Valium it wouldn't come up.

And aside from being a courtesy to other users it's one of the FORUM RULES. I see you posting a shit load of new threads all the same way.

Have YOU ever searched for info here on Bluelight? Have YOU ever seen a thread title and went "oh man that's perfect, that's just the info I was looking for!"

Well that wouldn't happen if everyone named their threads something like "hey check this out" or "help with this."

If other users have helped YOU in this very simple way, please do them the same courtesy, ok?

if you have access to: alchohol or weed. consume a decent ammount. lie down in bed (turn of the lights, tv's computer screens, things that make noise), think about unrealistic (fantasy-like) things (that dont get you all excited) and keep that train of thought as long as you can...also stop looking for the high, it doesnt help because your anxiety about getting rid of your anxiety (via restoril, diazepam, klonopin, etc) just increases your....anxiety. oh and ontop of that drink a cup of chamomile tea, without any sweetener

don't be so damn rude. You're probably the kid at home with no friends .........

Anxiety can be symptom of a minor problem with the heart like a mitral valve prolapse. Has your doctor ruled out this and/or other physical ailments that may cause anxiety?

I don't understand your question. Can you describe your problem in a different way that makes it easier to read please. No dis. If you can explain it better then maybe I can help.
I'm just trying to find the Right Benzo for me. I have a severe anxiety problem and I would probably be in a corner not being interactive/social with anyone, without my heart racing, and thoughts coming out of my mouth by accident, without them. I don't really like this valium. I took 20mgs last night and was up wayyyy too long. I liked klonopin better but only if it was at 3-4mgs. That was perfect, but it gave me weird paradoxical effects like moody, cranky, and sometimes very uneasy. I don't know what else there is. I don't know if Xanax would be my solution or not. I'm looking for something thats strong, kills anxiety quick, and doesn't make you feel like a crazy person.... Better?

My doctor Thought I was looking for drugs which is what He said when I even mentioned a switch and it made my anxiety rise off the roof. I don't know why but I just told him can I just go back to valium. I wanted to ask for Xanax, and a little script of Serax to try.

How much valium is REALLY equivelent to klonopin. I hate when thats asked or a question like that because all benzos act differently, but I felt like shit on that 20mgs, until I took 2 15mg restorils, 3 hours between each dose. Still felt bad come to think of it.

If you were taking 3mg of clonazepam, 60mg of diazepam is the equivalent dose, potency wise.
Seriously no shit?! WTF!? I barely Feel the relief I would even Occasionally get. I have a chance to call tomorrow and could get a script and give him these pills in exchange ( thats how he works). K'd Out In AZ I would like to hear your comments first...I'm reallllly thinking Maybe Lorazepam would work better BUT I just want to be informed does this increase sedation in mmt patients. I know all benzos do but do any of them moreso inparticular ebcause thats something I look for and try never to oversedate.......60mgs would have me feeling better though ? I take 105mgs a day, just got over the 2 and a half week nausea from that decrease...:|

Gotcha. First off, 3-4mg of Klonopin is equivalent to 60-80mg of Valium so you are completely under treated but I don't find Valium effective at all for anxiety. Its like a less potent short acting, more groggy version of Klonopin. Also, its best to take the entire dose of Restirol at once just for future advice.

If your looking for something to get rid of the anxiety quickly, I really would recommend Xanax. I was on it for a long time...switching back and forth from it and Klonopin...and it worked really well for quick relief. Only problem is that it only lasts 3-4 hours but you can repeat doses.

Less sedating than Klonopin. It slows down your breathing though so you don't feel like your going to panic and feel more like yourself around others. I'd ask, its worth a try! Hopefully your doc won't think your drug-seeking. I hate how doctors treat people who have real anxiety...the anxiety simply makes us look like junkies because we're so wound up!

I want the least breathing slowing down one...whats that. I hate when it mixes with the mmt dose. Its sedating and I'm not into being sedated atm

You really think I should be taking 60mgs? and ill be good if I was taking 3-5mgs for like 4 weeks? and yes very annoying when I tell someone I started on xanax 3mgs everyday and have been on benzos for 3 years now almost maybe more who knows.......

If you want to stay on the Valium than yes, you should be on roughly 60mg if you were taking 3-4mg Klonopin. At higher doses of Valium though, like 60mg, I find it more sedating than Klonopin. I'd say ask about Xanax if you don't want to feel so sedated. From the three I'd say it slows your breathing the least. It gives you more air to breathe than the rest IMO. Have you ever taken Lorazepam? That seems to have the most subtle effects out of all them. Although it is one of the weakest...also IMO

yes. I love those 2mg pills. 2 of those are the best imo. Its been awhile. I was on 20 mg valium a day......7 months? 8 months. It did shit and I wanted xanax back and my doc refused after I told him about my use. So...I dunno I think ima take some restoril now instead of more valium its late.....

All blue lighters should make an effort to NOT answer threads that arent named properly.

Seriously, if you reward people who play games like this nothing is going to change. You can call me anal or an ass or whatever, but I'm right and you know it.

Its ESSENTIAL for harm reduction that people searching for info be able to find it, and we all know that thread title searches are the best (if not only) way to find what youre looking for.

But if you are desperately trying to find a discussion of Xanax vs Valium and the best thread on the subject was named "what should I do" by some dick head, guess what? That thread and all it's useful info WILL NEVER SHOW UP.

So, by taking the time to answer and put your energy into a thread with a vague title, you are basically wasting your time and insuring that no one who could actually benefit from your insight ever will.

Just keep it in mind next time YOU start a thread, or before you bother replying to a thread you had to read before you had any clue what it was about!

If you stop replying to these threads, they will stop naming them that way.

And bananas, before you roll your eyes and point the finger at ME, why not explain why it's so hard for you to name your thread? I mean seriously, why not?

I wouldn't go for the xanax unless it was in addition to the valium or klonopin, it's so short acting, it works very well but when you're dependent on benzos I think you need to be on a longer acting benzo and only take xanax when you really need it.

I could never even feel lorazepam, all it did was double my tolerance because I would take it in the morning hoping I could avoid taking my xanax but I ended up having to take my normal dose of xanax anyway. After a couple months of this I gave up on lorazepam, I should have given up on it sooner. For me Klonopin works best, I don't take Xanax anymore mainly because it was too habit forming for me and I'm trying to do less benzos not more.

Good luck, anxiety is a bitch I hope you find something that works.

See I hear that from everyone that they cannot Feel lorazepam...I Always have felt it. Its always been real subtle or real sedating, but def took care of anxiety. I'll continue on this valium and experiment with it I just don't know why it sucks so much or has been since I've had it. It doesn't make me moody thats the only thing I can say I like over the klonopin I was taking. I def DONT like valium though. Its great for relaxing muscles and shit, but it feels way groggy like someone said. Comes on at once too fast and makes everything feel slowed down.......Moreso than klonopin imo, and thats not what I like/want. I'm thinking next week either lorazepam 6mgs, or back to klonopin, because the us has an awesome selection. Etizolam tabs. Someone needs to get on that one.....seriously..

Valium seems to slow it more than klonopin, but its hard telling after only being on it again for 3 days now? I dunno.
