What should I do?

Ok, I just got informed that I have a full medical exam to enter a new school in a week. The problem is that I have been smoking weed daily for a week and a half and i pretty sure that if I don't do something it will show positive.
I have some basic knowledge of what to do so that it might show up as diluated or not at all, but if any of you guys could tell me of effective methods to clear it out of your system really fast (anything except powder urine or pills) I will really REALLY appreciate it. Any ideas are welcomed.

I swear there was just a post almost identical to this a few days ago, but it was closed due to the NO DRUG TESTING QUESTION threads...i'm not going to help you out there only cuz you can find a ton of info over on erowid, or searching the damn internet...the only reason i really replied in the first place was b/c when you said you have a full medical exam it made me wonder...are you sure there is going to be a drug test? did they tell you this?

I dont think there will be a drug test because they have to tell you that there is going to be one. When i went to get my physical for school i didnt have to take a drug test so i dont think you have to worry. The worst part is when they grab your nuts anyway!!! lol

If you're in the United States, a physical does not include a drug test.
You will be informed if you're going to take a drug test.

I should've made myself clearer. I know that there must be tons of post like this one, and Im not trying to piss anyone off. This thing just came unexpected and I don't have a lot of time. I know that there are hundreds of sites that have information about this but I didn't know which one to trust, so I thought should ask people who know about this. Anyway, Im sorry for any trouble.
