What psychedelic drug resembles a cartoon world when one takes it?

If you guys don’t know what I mean, I mean what kind of drug would put you into a cartoon world, like the mythic “cartoon acid”…. I heard 4-ho-MET was a great candidate (?); also heard LSD was a great candidate as well. What are some great drugs that produce extreme cartoon like visuals?

4-HO-MET, really cartoon like visuals when walking outside in daylight.

I feel as though I have gone to a cartoon world after smoking copious amounts of marijuana. The weed plant can make me trip very hard sometimes.

I don't get cartoony visions with any psychedelic... I don't think I do, at least. For the most part they make things seem more crisp. Things seem brighter and more detailed. I get a lot of tracers. Closed eye visuals, when I get the heavier of them can complete 3d morphing landscapes or objects. They look more like ridiculous computer animated worlds with extremely complex patterns and detail. They are usually too much for me to fully process.

Sometimes my psychedelic visuals can get me dizzy because things are moving or crawling, wiggling or breathing, tracing and trailing, and whatever else.

But nothing has put me into a cartoon world, except for a couple times after having smoked too plentiful. IT was overwhelming, though. After a little while, I had to lay down and fidget for a while, trying to relax and come down from the buzz. I don't like soaking that much. It is very uncomfortable. Its funny how little weed gets one high, yet how some people will smoke copious amounts of it all day long.

I saw cartoon Pikachu like things coming up out of the carpet about 20 years ago while I was flying on 7 dubs of acid. Not a recommended dose lol

DMT can be very cartoony, although not always. However I've had DMT trips that were so like old Looney Tunes cartoons I figure Mel Blanc must have been a head.
2c-i has given me vast pixelated animations of dancing bears and such.

I find the visuals with 4-ho-met to be more like stop-motion claymation than animated cartoons. However, that drug seems to elicit wildly different visual effects in different people. (2 friends get no visuals from it at all at 25mg and up).

Open eye, probably not any super reliably (I guess LSD is most likely to have a demented cartoon feel for me -- and I've tried many psyches -- but it's not common). However, most any psychedelic that has strong closed eye visuals will probably work for CEVs so long as you spend a few hours watching cartoons before and/or during the trip. In my experience at least, if my perception has been "entrained" to a specific aesthetic -- cartoon or otherwise -- the trip will naturally compose CEVs largely using my most recent memories (similar to dreams - probably the same essential psychological/memory mechanism at work, actually). With something I naturally stare at intensely and that has instinctual appeal like porn this'll happen sober if I watch too long (like every time I blink, heh; I've heard others say the same). You want to watch the same style and genre of cartoon or it probably won't work as well because there will be competing aesthetic themes -- e.g. bubbly for something like Looney Toons and spiky and hyper dynamic for something like most anime. It may help to sit close to the television so it takes up most of your visual field, too.

4-HO-MET without anything else. 20mg or maybe even 25mg depending how much you have a bodyload.

Any psychedelic will create cartoon visuals if you prime your visual cortex with cartoon themes. That is, drop acid and watch looney toons-- rest of your day will be slapstick roudrunners evading that wiley coyote. Drop acid and watch robot chicken-- rest of the day will be like this. Drop acid in the statue gallery of the Louvre and you'll be proclaiming that everybody[real] looks like they're made of marble!

As transcendence said, high dose 2C-C. It didn't make the world "cartoony" in the style of say looney toons, but more of a cel-shaded sheen to everything that made it look like it was being rendered by a computer. It was like being in a first person shooter video game.

SALVIA! Oh my god everything turns into a living comic book. it loves to play tricks on you too.

4-HO-MiPT, also higher dose LSD is still #1 for this though perhaps something like 25I or if I increase my 25C dose may topple it.

4-Aco-DMT for me. So cartoony. I was in a light blue tent, and it kinda reminded me of that episode of Futurama with teh people made of water, when Fry drinks their emperor. Pretty cool.

i think this has more to do with ones own brain, set and setting, and the expectations from the trip. i got this type of effect from 2ce one time, probably the strongest, mxe to a lesser degree, but also during trips on other chemicals... it doesnt last the whole trip though

Back in '99 or 2000 I was sold 5 tabs of what I thought was MDMA. They were pink with tulips on them. I took three of them and had a very intense set of visual and audible hallucinations. The CEVs were extremely cartoon-like. I was so clear-headed that I couldn't believe the images were not hallucinations. One was I think an image of Porky Pig against a black background. The edges of the image were outlined in a bright neon. They were so bright and sharp. They were only present with eyes closed.

When my eyes were opened, the television screen had changed into a checkerboard pattern with the lines between the squares also bright, sharp, neon lines that flowed diagonally downward to the right. The sound from the television was distorted and sounded like when someone is speaking underwater.
L
The effects only lasted for about an hour or so before I was left with just some euphoria. So I took the remaining two tabs. UnfortunateLy I puked. I'll never forget it. The puke looked like a bright/neon orange column coming up out of my throat.

It was obvious to me that this was not MDMA. I wish I knew what the hell it was. That's why I stopped buying from that source.

LSD definitely. It made mundane experiences and even movies more creative and cartoon like. I only wish I could get my hands on some more often.
