For me, it's a combination of modafinil (which I'm currently hoping to find a replacement for as it's expensive :( ) and phenibut, which makes me alert and eager to do things, while being calm, relaxed and disinhibited at the same time; it's as if my ADHD, fatigue and social anxiety are completely negated. It seems they act for me how people always describe methylphenidate is supposed to act for people with ADHD (although methylphenidate itself was a complete disaster for me).

Has anyone else found a combo that works particularly well even when taken regularly?

I use 3 main drugs

Valium : calming anixolytic
Lyrica : Alcohol like anixolytic
Baclofen : Phenibut like anixolytic

I make sure to use them each only 3 consectutive days after that the next 3 days i switch to second one to make sure i never got tolerance to any of them.
