What next?

Okay, so I'm here to get advice.
I have been doing opiates for the past 4 years, starting with hydrocodone and moved my way up to oxycontin.
I live in Canada, and have access to mostly anything available.
My daily usage now consists of, either an OC80 or 24mg capsules of hydromorphone.
Now my main question is, what would be the easiest or cheapest way of maintaining my high.
My methods are always railing these pills, i do not IV and orally taking is just useless.
Any advice, or helpful tips will be much appreciated.

the best thing for you would be to quit on the dose your at before it gets worse.

that being said you could switch to heroin and maintain it for cheaper. you already snort your shit so there ya go.

but honestly you should considering quiting while your ahead instead of switching to heroin. if you don't, eventually you will probably wish you had..

I would really rather stay away from herion.
That seems like a much more addictive and harder road to go down..
But in comparison which is better then, OC or HydroMorph Contin?
I can get two 30mg capsules of the hydromorphs, or an 80 of OC to equal out..
I usually only do 15mg at a time of the hydro, but sometimes it's not strong enough..
Any suggestions?

Never heard of 24mg. Dilaudid??? They do now have a time-released Dilaudid called Exalgo, comes in 8, 12 and 16 mg. Problem with them is they are a 24 hr. deal so Doc. will only give ya 30, they are real good and cost more than OC's! If I could get atleast 60 a month I'd get them again! Dilaudid is my opiate of choice, but I slam them them!!!

Well, I just realized they are 30mg HydroMorph Contin.
I have a bunch, I'll take a picture if needed.
But I believe I have found my answer, the morphs being the cheapest solution and they seem to do the job.

Ya, I IV and love the HydromorphContin, especially the 24s and 30s, they're probably your best bet considering the prices you're getting, 60mg hydromorphone > 80 oxycodone for sure. Legal Junkie, sounds like Exalgo sucks, doeses are way to low, 16mg max in 24 hours, so roughly 4mg every 6 hours depending how they release, that isn't much for an opiate tolerant patient, I've been prescribed more Dilaudid for a broken toe at the ER. Purdue was marketing the Canadian "HydromorphContin" in the USA as "Palladone" which you may know a few years back but pulled it due to problems with alcohol breaking down the time release and causing OD's. Luckily that never happened in Canada

I am in Canada too, and have always wanted to try the hydrocodone up here, but I have NEVER seen Hydrocodone being sold here in my City. In Canada, it is marketed as "Hycodan" and contains no APAP either. Only thing is they only come in 5mg tablets. Unless you are getting Hydrocodone imported from the US, like Vicodin, Lortab, or Norco's or whatever.. have you tried the actual hydrocodone in Canada? Or have seen "Hycodan" pills being sold?

you say taking the oxy orally is a waste, but why? It has a higher bio-availability than taking it nasally, and also has a longer duration.

Taking OC orally is by far not a waste! Taking Hydromorphone orally is the waste. Oxy is also stronger than Hydromorphone when it comes to snorting. Personally, I'd EASILY go with the OxyContin if you don't plan on slamming the Hydromorphone.

I'm also on the bandwagon of telling you to quit while you're ahead but knowing what stage you are at in the opiate ladder, I know your not going to listen.
