Drums is my main instrument but i've been playing trumpet the longest.

Yikes, drumming...Wheres the gravity blasts and 300bpm blastbeats. Come on man, Smells Like Teen Spiirit is hellishly easy to play...;)
 
yeah teen spirit was one of the first songs i learned. i have a cover of Metallica's That Was Just Your Life on there. that's a hard drum part.

300bpm blastbeats? no thanks. speed is not what makes a good drummer.

i can gravity blast however. i can post a video if you like.
 
guitar. bit out of practice. Every time I play now my finger tips get sore real fast!
 
I've been playing drums and percussion for around 18 years. I play guitar badly and have been thinking about giving piano a shot sometime soon.

violin, both classical and fiddle music. Although I haven't had it out from under my bed in a couple years. I played for 9 years though in school.
 
I knew I wanted to play it from the first time I heard it. In 4th grade I got my chance. I'm not great. I' always played 2nd fiddle- literally. But it's nice to have. I would encourage you to pursue your wish. By a second hand cheap violin and get some beginner books.

Personally I loved singing more than anything. sadly, all that is now gone with HS. I feel like my musical creative outlet is gone.
 
i played the flute and piccolo in middle school.

but i've since learned guitar and am teaching myself the drums.
 
I played the piano for about 15 years. Played the clarinet for a short period of time (I somehow managed to lose it).
 
I've been playing guitar, drums and bass for 12 years.

Also played alto saxophone for 7 years but gave it up (might go back to it).

With a recent emphasis on guitar.

Also a new focus on electronic music via the applicable programs (not djing though).

Piano lessons next when I can afford them.
