What makes vyvanse dangerous?

if someone took vyvanse in a way that maintained a total 70mg level in the blood stream, is this what would make it dangerous or would taking say three 70mgs at once be dangerous?

i'm pretty sure taking three at once is not good for a person lol but what i'm trying to find out is if there are hazards associated with 24 ~ 48 hour exposure periods to a steady 70mg concentration in the bloodstream.

I'm no expert on the matter, but I've heard a lot about how Vyvanse works. 70mg is a safe dose for many people. So here's where it gets fun, Vyvanse is absorbed in the gastrointestinal track and there is a maximum amount that can be absorbed, for example if you took two 70mg capsules i believe not all of it would be absorbed, yes you'd get more lit up than usual, but some would be lost. So taking more capsules would just result in waste and an inability to absorb a significant amount of the Vyvanse. SO that's how that goes. Hmmmm, Vyvanse could be dangerous if used improperly (like most things), but if people use it appropriately all will be well.

i don't know if that max amount is anywhere near an amount that would make it safe to chug the whole bottle.
