well not today, but last 24 hours....

my parents left my state last year, and one of the homes in my neighborhood were going up for auction, and they won it yesterday. i was so happy i cried!!!! 100k less than market price too.

i was really hoping to move soon, now i can't, but it is worth it to have my family close by.
