FIRST OFF: i know there are exceptions to the rule and you cant always judge a book by its cover(but usually you can tell a lot about things by their looks, like killians irish red lager)
people most likely to try to rip you off:
ravers, negroes, women(ESPECIALLY if they act overly nice or flirty)and teenagers.
most likely to give you a good deal: hippies,
older people, and ESPECIALLY homos. homos always have GOOD drugs and never rip you off.
one other thing: dont reply with something stupid like "well this negro girl gave me a fat deal once and this other time a hippie ripped me off, blah blah blah" refer to the first paragraph. WAY more often than not, what i said is true

it doesnt matter if a person is stupid enough to get a ripped off. what kinda people are MOST LIKELY TO TRY TO RIP YOU OFF is the question. not WHO IS STUPID ENOUGH TO GET RIPPED OFF. whether your stupid or not, the SAME KINDS OF PEOPLE TRY to rip you off.
whether you get ripped off or not has absolutely nothing to do with this.
ive been ripped off a couple times......but after i learned a few things, i began noticing, when buying, THE SAME KINDS OF PEOPLE WOULD TRY TO RIP ME OFF, again and again. always try before you before you buy.
if a dealer is confident in his/her product theyll usually do it.

Best deals - I agree, homosexual men... I have NEVER had a problem getting any at a gay club, I mean, I find what I want, and it's always good shit, leaves me wanting more and more until I am tired...
Can't really do the race thing in all fairness - the BEST and most HONEST coke dealer I knew was black - gave my friend over 2 kilos on a front and as a reward for speedy payment, he gave him a Rolex! Then again, I have got bunk shit from the white boys many times...

But yeah, I get better coke from my black hookups than I do the whites. The white people just think that what they have is good shit but on the upper echelons of dealing the blacks are the ones with the kilos. But you will probably get better bud from white people because they tend to be the ones who grow it or know someone who does.

One thing I hate about buying from white people is the fact that they have to go through 10 other people before they can get the shit. Down with whitey!

#1 "JELOUS NON-FUCKERS", people that are unable to get laid with pretty blondes at the clubs because these girls treat them like below their standard.
In Holland this is somewhat the case with young turkish and morrocon people (especially in groups). They really have cravings for females with blond hair and get very very upset when they are turned down and she walks away with a goodlooking (or even a badlooking) black/white guy.
Their reasoning: if u deny our constitutional right to bang blonds (koran says so?), you treat us like shit and we pay you back by sellin bad dope!
Also the Arab cab drivers will try to rip you off. Not even for the money, no! They see it as a sport to screw other people because they cant screw.
This is NOT the case with Arabs that mix with white/black people and don't hang around in packs like vultures waiting for "da man" to have a weak moment. No these are mostly high well educated arabs and they usually dont sell dope.
Negroes: on the street Questionable, like ALL nationalities and colours on the street because of the sheer amount of ADDICTS, however a steady black hookup tends to be reliable good quality and always in stock!
Gays: Got to love gays for carrying good shit. They really are in it for the fun. Even a bad gayboy will give you strong GHB (hoping it will knock you out so you and him can get better aquinted hehe)
Medicine/Chemist-students: JACKPOT!!! For some time I was a syadmin at a academical medical hospital / university. Man I tell they had access too all kinds of medicines, laboratory glassware and raw products and there was a lot of high quality homecooked shit around. All needed was to give them afterhours access to the computers so that they could do their Quake deathmatches on the LAN. Definately had a gooood time there.
Hippies: If you want crazy pot or some exotic psychedelic substance, than hippies is thumbs up! Like already mentioned: listen to their stories and saying "I visit Jim Morrisons grave every year" will give you some extra free pot!
 
HAHAHAHA....this thread is awesome.....although I can't really comment too much, b/c i don't do too many drugs to know who all to get them from but from experience I'd say homosexuals are pretty good to get stuff from(I should know, I am one!

I can't totally disagree with you guys about african americans as bad dealers....the guy a few doors down sells GREAT weed and gives you great qty. for your money....
 
I've always had pretty good luck with suppliers.
People I try to avoid: Female meth dealers. Keep them on a strictly "professional" level, Otherwise you are asking for drama.

Female meth dealers are the worst and most unpredictible.. I've had the worst luck with KNEEGROWZ infact i've never had any luck with um, seems like they need that crack rock to damn bad.. Seems like i've had the best luck with wetbacks (fresh from the border of Mexico) not the hair net wairin one's(essA's), they always have or know where to get a couple LBs at a discounted price and make it right becouse they dont want no trouble . White guys are about 50/50 what ever you get might weigh but it will never weight over... For me i rather go without then take a chance i make sure i know my hookup good or atleast where he live's..

If you get ripped off depends on what type person you are I figure. I tend to meet people, talk to people, and have fun going to parties with strangers.
This also mean that I meet alot of people, and to be honest some people are too "hardcore" dealers for me to want to come back to them. But others are really cool, and really nice people.
I get my pill's for just below 5$, speed (amf) for 13$ a gram .. Which is cheaper than the normal price.
Anyhow, I buy from people I can communicate with, and relate to - and it seems to work fine so far
