what kind of ppl are most likely to rip you off/give you a good deal?

ive found the best thing to do is just make friends...from that you get your connections to whatever u want. if you go to someone "regularly" then they will sort you out nicely cos they dont want to lose your business. i also found dealing with people who have direct access to it is a fantastic way of getting your shit. eg. you want to buy some weed, go to someone that you will visit almost always to get your gear and they stay casual about it all. we dont buy in grams just a quantity. the usual is instead of buying 7 grams of weed we use the term "showbag" haha. Basically that ranges from 7-9 grams usually measured by the handful for a good price.that way you know ur paying for 7 and you will get a little extra. you walk away feeling like u got a good deal and cos that person is casual about it cos it barely costs him/her anything cos they grow it or whatever. obviously this isnt applicable for every type of drug...just a thought.
 
when it comes to stereotypes...I remember one simple rule:

Hahahaha! What an idiot! Ahhh, REAL RAVERS LOVE ALL EQUALLY! PLUR AND KANDIE BRACELETS! Moron, it's not "cool" to call those making sterotypes on a web forum "ignorant", that tactic is best used offline - for instance, say you're at the mall with a girl you wish to breed, and some gothic kids are beating a negro as they yell racial slurs (this is common for goths, they are all like this) ... now, you could make a comment such as "thats so wrong, they are ignorant rascists, had they any sense of PLUR they would realize we are all going to the same cosmic rave in the end, and while we might not all wear the same pieces of kandie, we are all rolling on the same wonderfull drug that is love" (or something stupid like that) .. this will make you seem "politically correct" and "full of PLUR" - chicks totally dig this...
I forgot what my point was... oh yeah, GOTHS ARE ALL VIOLENT RASCISTS!

I've had a lot of bad luck in the drug purchasing game, the only input I can add is that women have an easy time ripping you off... there's less chance of you physically confronting them, and there's better chance that they'll have a lot of back...
I wouldn't jump on ravers per se... It's just that so many ravers deal, so you have a better chance of getting ripped off...
I don't know any hippies or gay dealers... damn
