What kind of people usually have RC's?

NO, Im not looking for someone to sell anything to me!

Im just wondering, when you guys get things like 2c-b, 2c-t, other research chemicals etc... What kinda people is it usually coming from. I can get just about everything and I have never seen or heard of anyone with research chemicals... Are we talkin like usually college students slingin this stuff? or what?
