I have done cocaine for the last 30 years, every once in a while, never doing crazy stuff, always kept my jobs, friends, etc... functional.... the more time passes, the worse I feel when doing it.... hangover sucks, it takes many days to recover, water coming from nose, etc.... I reached a point where I don´t want to do it any more... it´s not worth it... anyways, I am still open to finding the right moment, the right company, to do it again.... I live in south america, so I have access to decent quality.... what would be the best way to go about it? any special diet on the previous days? any supplement before or after?

Preparing a optimal setting for using Stims is a cliche body mind, set and setting.
Body- id say a good run of a days with good sleep, calorie/macro/micro nutrient levels met with a good quality of food (whole foods), not just hydration water but plenty of electrolytes again from whole food (milk, orange juice, coconut water)
You need to also have had some physical movement involving low intensity cardio (5km a day walking is fine and easy peasy) and then lifting weights every 72-96hrs is the absolute easiest way to achieve all the benefits of exercise, a quick 1-2 set blast of each muscle group to muscular failure and your done.
Then abstinence in the lead up, longer the better to have fresher receptors and to need to use less drug.
Mental is blah blah- be in a good headspace, don’t have major stressors or issues to deal with and to put of to get high. You get the idea.
Set and Setting- use stimulants to enhance mindfulness of either a loved solo pursuit or with the right people for a social celebration.
Last bullshit- use stims during the day, stop so that 90 mins before you should be asleep you aren’t wired, wash your coke, if sniffing use saline and nasal spray or better yet just plug.
If you wash your coke, you shouldn’t need anymore then 250-300mg for a session over the course of a few hours. Using anymore is asking for suffering.
Alcohol makes coke better at the time but will make the demands on your body so much more. Don’t do it, use sensible amounts for a lift, not to get you so wacked out to need alcohol to smooth the edge off.
You need the sleep and alcohol will ruin your sleep and again, will really stress the body with the recovery demand.
Stop so you can sleep, and only use Theanine or Agmatine as landing gear, as they are “ALMOST” a free lunch.
