For the last year I've been doing hot yoga 4 times a week, hikes every weekend (the lack of rain here this winter has allowed for that) and cardio every day, at some point. Run, bike, stairs, etc--as long as it is 30 minutes.
The yoga not only tones the body and increases flexibility, but it lifts my moods, encourages me to drink water all day, and to maintain my ovo-lacto vegetarian diet. I am fortunate enough to live in an area where fresh, local, organic foods can be found everywhere. A substantial part of each of my meals has lots of greens, and lots of veggies. I drink carbonated water and fresh juice. No soda, no alcohol. Breakfast is nonfat greek yogurt, berries, bananas, a bit of Kashi, and raw honey.
If I can, I walk to wherever I need to go. If I'm driving, I park a few blocks down to get some movement in. I also go dancing at least once a week.
30 minutes of meditation daily--15 min in the morning after I stretch, and 15 min before bed.
