I go to the gym 4 days a week. 3x a week, I run 2 miles under 13 minutes, bike 4 miles under 15 minutes and do 180 reps over 6 weight machines. On the 4th day, I run 1 mile under six minutes and 2 miles under 7 minutes and weights. I also sit in the sauna room for 15 minutes.

I go to the gym 5 times a week I am alternating full body workouts and cardio so that I don't overdo the workouts and avoid injuries. I also do some dancing every couple of weeks.

Started doing yoga 5 days a week a couple weeks ago, as well as going running 5 days a week, not necessarily in any specific routine yet. Start school next week so won't know when I'll have time to make it all specific yet.

Insanity 6 days a week. That includes everything, plyometrics, circuit training, power and resistance training, cardio. Plenty of yoga stretches in it aswell.

Also just started doing some Qui-Gong exercise videos. Qui-Gong is very similar to Tai Chi, a lot of breathing exercises and it's generally slow and very easy, I would highly recommend it for anyone who's unfit and wanting to get back into an easy going exercise regime.

And 5-10mins meditation a day.

Diets clean a whistle. Muesli and poached eggs for breakfast everyday, and cooking up 200g chicken in 200g wholemeal pasta a day, with plenty vege. Aside from that most of what I eat is either vegetables, salad or protein anyway.

Done Insanity before but I've only been at the meditation and Qui-Gong for a couple of weeks and already feel much better. Also quit my most problematic drugs (stimulants), feel a mile better for it.

I'd highly recommend the Qui-Gong and mediation for anyone with any addiction problems. Insanity if you can do it gives a great sense of natural euphoria too :)

I do strength training at the gym 3 times a week. I do deep stretching and a backwoods hike every day for cardio. Saw a bear a few days ago which helped to get my heart pumping even more ;)

Current routine is a 6 day split.
mon-weightlifting full body movements with emphasis on hypertrophy 3 sets 8-12 reps,
tues- GPP exercises followed by core work,
wed- olympic lifting/powerlifting 3 sets with 85 to 90% 1rm followed by neck work
thurs- body weight strength movements followed by neck work
fri- bag work followed by core work
sat- extreme stretching followed by yoga
sun - rest

I am testing this program right now, so far it is effective in maximizing strength speed and size along with fatloss

My current regimen is pretty vicious, though this will change a bit as I enter a bulking phase here shortly.
Mon-Fri its weight training I break the body into sections Chest/ Shoulders/ Legs/ Back/ Arms; with abs done daily. The gym work outs begin and end with a 30min cardio session. I run 6 days a week, 5-8miles daily, early am come hell or high water and that has been vicious lately with the cold and snow, then I polish off the early am with an hour or so of yoga. Keeps me busy.

4 days of 45 min cardio sessions only and 1 day of 20 min cardio + weights. Now if I could only get my eating/drinking in order...

Right now it's yoga 6.5 days a week (New and Full Moons are off days), StrongLifts M/W/F, and running every other day.

Hikes on Saturdays. Biking whenever I feel like it, usually for short trips (grocery shopping, running, friend's house, library, etc.).

For the last year I've been doing hot yoga 4 times a week, hikes every weekend (the lack of rain here this winter has allowed for that) and cardio every day, at some point. Run, bike, stairs, etc--as long as it is 30 minutes.

The yoga not only tones the body and increases flexibility, but it lifts my moods, encourages me to drink water all day, and to maintain my ovo-lacto vegetarian diet. I am fortunate enough to live in an area where fresh, local, organic foods can be found everywhere. A substantial part of each of my meals has lots of greens, and lots of veggies. I drink carbonated water and fresh juice. No soda, no alcohol. Breakfast is nonfat greek yogurt, berries, bananas, a bit of Kashi, and raw honey.

If I can, I walk to wherever I need to go. If I'm driving, I park a few blocks down to get some movement in. I also go dancing at least once a week.

30 minutes of meditation daily--15 min in the morning after I stretch, and 15 min before bed.

I throw some kettlebells around and then masturbate 3-4 times daily for cardio
