What is your rave routine?

-normal day shit- wait for everyone to get out of work
- hang out, blane some weed
--01:00 arrive , eat molly
-dance
-still dancing
-probably met some awesome weirdos by now
-dancing hard becuase your all loosened up got your dancing legs on
-they turn the lights on and kick you out
-say bye to everyone
-06:00 peace out 2 hour drive home
- sleep or start day 2- ;)
 
1. Wake up to some bangin' tunes! Ace of Base fuck yes!
2. Eat Crayons
3. Anticipate for hours (God the time drags!)
4. Strap on my dancing shoes and get my motherfucking boogie on!


WOOT SO stoked going to a foam rave tonight OMG cant wait still have 6 hours :/

My routine

My Routine For an indoor (my favorites are indoors)

First off my reason for liking indoors so much is being closer to people and it seems louder because the vibrations. and since there in my neighborhood downtown (portland) my friends dont have an excuse for not going. and I dont have to find a ride so its less stressful.

1. wake up
2. usually its a friday so i go to school and talk to friends about going. I like bringing people who have never came. thats the most fun. and when they hear dubstep they say "wait this isnt bleep bloop bop bop techno..."
3. I come home from school and take a shower to kill time.
4. pick out my outfit (hat, jersey to match it, some baggy jeans (hoodlum turned raver / candy kid lol)
5. I check pillreport to see whats goin around and listen to mixes (or maybe mix my own I mix alot) usually when I'm on pillreport I head over to bluelight and get caught up in random topics like this haha.
6. I'm smoking weed or scraping my pipe :\
7. I'm calling all of my friends!! Its hitting about 5:30 or 6 so im getting butterflies. I always go at 9 and get in line at like 830 cuz its fun saying things like "wooo this is gonna be fun!!!" or "yeah man idk this production companys lame... but they had 1 good event 2 months ago... idk" haha
8. ok but wait im still on the phone with my friends.
9. still on the phone calling people and making things happen. I'm Calling a lot of people.
10. at about 7 or 8 I meet up with who ever I'm going with and we usually ride the bus down there or the light rail.
11. Once were in the event We talk about the venue, or the set up. maybe spit a little spat with the big guys or the djs. maybe security if they are nice. (Remember it pays off to have connections)
12. Then I talk to my buddies about whos got what for the best deals and I get strapped down with like 3 bezzles and If I have a little extra money to spend I put up on who evers bottle is goin around so I got shots for the night.
13. DANCE sober or fucked up or mildly tipsy anything gotta dance. I love techno, electro, bassy lazer tecno mmmm :D oh yeah and bee woo whomp whomp wobble wooooowaaaaa :! dubstep
14. I get tired of dancing every 30 minutes so I go smoke a cigarette and cool off outside (this sometimes means walk around asking everyone for a cig)
15. I'm just going to walk around and talk to everyone about how they are enjoying the show.
16. Leave the show when its over and walk around with everyone else that cant find a ride until the bus starts running.
17. We all usually break out in whomp (this is when instead of singing we make noises and bang on things to make our own form of primitive dub)
18. Either take more drugs and stay up or crash until the next day.

1. Wake up saturday morning with a big grin on my face :)
2. Eat a big brunch usually bacon and eggs, cereal with blueberries. Then coffee and a cig.
3. Go to my dealers house.
4. See some friends for a while and go supply shopping with them.
5. Start getting ready around 9.
6. Pre-load with supplements.
7. Have a few drinks/j's with my friends.
8. Drop first pill and hit the club till around 2:30-3 and dance my ass off!!
9. Take another 1-2 pills then head to an after hours rave club and DANCE DANCE DANCE :) Have some interesting conversations with other people who are rolling.
10. Either find an after party or come home, drink some milk and smoke a j then pass out.

2. Buy Vicks, chapstick, pacifier if mine is chewed up, cliff bar for the line so i enter with a full tummy
3. Paint nails with UV paint (looks so cool when ur rolling!)
4. Mentally map out when I should arrive/when to go to different stages if multiple
5. Good sober night's sleep, healthy breakfast, large lunch, small dinner. Drink WATER all day
6. Get inside, scope out the surroundings, create a meet up spot for my crew in case you get lost or wanna sit (cuddle puddle!)
7. ~8pm, DOSE....continue x4/5
8. Trade a ton of kandi, NAME people, talk about life, dance, lose myself
9. Come home, shower, try to sleep and try to feel okay
10. Next day, watch TV and sleeeeeeeep


I am SO glad so many people have mentioned the importance of eating before a roll. So many of my friends forget or don't want a full stomach/sluggish feeling so they eat nothing and throw up from the pills. Food is not only a way to ensure you have lessened anxiety and a better time, it is an essential step in harm reduction, along with setting limits before you start rolling

So true! I eat every single time before I roll, and lately I've been throwing up regardless! Every single time lol which is not bad because I know that I'm about to have a strong roll =D But eating is essential. I don't think I could survive a whole regular day without eating, let alone on a roll day.
 
1. Eat a large breakfast at about noon
2. Go to the gym, lift then run
3. Take vitamins (not 5htp)
4. Get weed, if I already have it smoke weed
5. Go to the t shirt store and get a new shirt for three dollars so i don't ruin a good shirt
6. Invite friends over and pregame till like 9, some drink, some smoke, some drop already
7. Leave at 9, get to the rave around 10:30
8. Grab a drink and walk around to see all of the rooms before I'm too fucked up to know where I'm going.
9. Drop my pills and have a good night.


Well that's what I did when raves went till the sun came up or they got busted. Now I actually have to show up early which takes away from the experience for me.
 
1 - Wake up
2 - Gym
3 - Get excited and nervous
4 - Have a couple of poos
5 - Go to the pub, experience a mild wave of nausea
6 - It passes
7 - GET ON IT
