It's the "must have" condiment of 2015 apparently....Salad Cream is the new Tomato Ketchup (although I'm not a fan myself)

Actually, saying that I never eat mayo is an exaggeration (although I actually don't ever eat ketchup, so that's still valid), but when I'm at home I generally find salad cream to be a good upgrade from mayo.

Salad cream on leftover pizza for breakfast, winning.

I make a hot English mustard mayonnaise with finely chopped coriander. It's the perfect mix for a chicken mayo sandwich.

It's tricky getting the hot English mustard just right, too much and snot pours down the back of your throat like a japanese porno scene

This is true....even more so with a good dollop of HP....masks the taste of almost anything.........even a Ginsters!!

I can't really pick one condiment because I like to much about them and- bastardize em' as the dish demands :D As long as I have a sharp knives and stuff like mayo, greek yoghurt, lemon, honey and olive, coconut and sesame oils. I'm happy to come up with whatever the occasion calls for

To this list I always have fresh garlic, ginger, chillies, coriander and lemon grass (the later 2 I hoard in the freezer)

I like HP brown sauce on a Scotch Pie and sometime, just sometimes ketchup on chippy chips with salt. This lot aabove fits into a bout a 6th of my frdge top shelf...oh yes there's more...
