I used to love amps, and I'd say that there was a tie between d-amphetamine and methamphetamine. Except, that you can smoke meth. Which is bad-ass as hell (I don't use needles).

My answer now that I'm past that phase is "no stimulant at all". I hate stimulants now, the comedown is suicidal. I haven't touched an upper in I don't know how long. I'm seriously afraid I may kill myself from the comedown depression. Oh, well...it was fun while it lasted. But now they create dysphoria and paranoia almost instantly. FUCK THAT.

I know what you mean... it can get like that after awhile, not to mention the high itself decreases in enjoyment and tolerance goes up. Hasn't stopped me yet, but every time I have a bad experience it kills another piece of the overall fun & interest. Guess I can still delude myself, but dunno how long that's gonna continue.

Probably a good thing that the only RC stim I ever truly liked was MDPV, and that's pretty much unavailable (at least for awhile)... I mean, I'd still order other ones on occasion, but there's nothing I like enough to get regularly. And of course street stims are insanely overpriced and over-cut as usual, so those are out as well.

I did speed for like 3 years, and had many good and bad experiences with it. Any of the good experiences pretty much involved getting blasted on meth for days in someone's house or apt. without the cops or someone who isn't tweaked coming around. IMO, that's not a very outstanding high. Meth is just one of those drugs that makes it seem like your situation is exceptional or super-high. But it's really not. The bad experiences all involved police, fighting, death threats, lost jobs, wrecked cars, gunshots, and dead friends. Not a very balanced scale when I think back on it now. I haven't tried MDPV, though, it sounds very interesting, as does methylone. As long as I have downers when I find them, I'll give them a go. Otherwise, I can't even be tempted. You can put a pipe and a pure gram of meth in front of me, and I'll pass. In fact, I'll fucking leave because I don't even want to be around it. Call it "conditioned learning" if you will...

It seems like everyone on uppers pretty much starts having terrible experiences after a while. They burn us out, and make us act totally crazy. I was most certainly hopelessly addicted to meth at one point, but after the cops got involved and I was given the option of "rehab or jail" from the cops, I went to rehab. After being off speed for a week, I started to realize that I hated the shit, and didn't want to be a madman anymore. I didn't want to see anymore friends go down or die. A logical conclusion for anyone in the right mindset. IDK, if the meth high wasn't so awesome, it wouldn't be so hard to quit, right? I don't even like uppers, I never did! Yet I still became an addict who would give anything to get a fix. Once again, FUCK THAT.

Sandbag, are you still using meth? It seems like you used to use it quite a lot, but based on some of your posts as of late, you seem to have yourself together a little better than before. Am I wrong?

Yeah, I am still using technically...though nothing like before. I never shoot over 0.5g per shot and only have one night or tweekend every 3-6 weeks. Though I have used both of the past two weekends...I enjoy it still; but have kinda put it in it's place...I couldn't be happier that I'm not getting any this weekend. Last friday night turned into crowbars and lead pipes at 11am saturday morning so I had my fill of the "scene".

I've just had a big change in my outlook on life; I got past my death-wish and want to move forward in life. But, I still want my needle fix every so often and since I've shifted into the rave scene where I try to stick with MDMA and psychedelics I'm not getting my needle fix with my new preferred substances. Since meth is the only IVable substance that's readily accessible to me I end up getting a bag or two every so often. I also pick up meth to go with a psychadelic at a rave if I can't find clean MDMA. I'm hoping to find a reliable heroin source so I can switch to that for my every-so-often IV fix. Lower neurotoxicity and overall damage ftw. I'm getting sick of having a week or so of raging mood swings, rage and depression just for a night or three of fun on the weekend.

If you ever run into MDPV, I'd give it more than one go... in fact I'd give it at least three or four before deciding anything. It's not a substance that tends to make a good first impression, much like coke the first few times. It took me a very long time to even get to like it much, but eventually it "revealed its secrets" (as many drugs do after one is experienced enough) and I fell in love. But there's no "love at first sight" with the stuff, any more than there is in real life with most persons of the opposite sex.
 
Sandbag - That's really good to hear that you're getting it under control. I suppose in moderation nothing is that bad, unless you can't use in moderation to get the effects you desire. The mood swings that you talk about are pretty much the reason I couldn't handle the shit anymore. I would be ecstatic, then a couple hours later breaking everything in the house, terrorizing my family. I've threatened to kill people and done some things I really regret on speed; it's the only drug I've ever taken that seemingly overrode my brain and almost MADE me be an asshole. Only thing is, it's the intense euphoria that does that! How the fuck does that work? Maybe it just comes with the addiction and cravings. Good luck and good job so far. Everyone here knows I'm prodrug, but it scares me to see people act crazy like I did (the death wish you mention). I don't like it when the bluelight turns grey.

MDPVagrant - Can I order MDPV from an online vendor? I haven't found it on the sites I know of. I respect your opinion quite a lot and imagine the shit must be worthwhile, but there's no fucking chance in hell of me ever finding it from any of my friends. Is MDPV legal?

The comedowns are sheer hell. Especially if you have no valium or something. I wound up drinking just to put myself out, last time, and it gave me a terrible head, had a huge fight with my girlfriend...

Stuff really is bad news.

In the U.S. MDPV falls under the Federal Analog Act if it's intended for human consumption, otherwise it's legal.

AFAIK there are in fact no online vendors (or Email vendors) offering MDPV right now - it is basically 'unobtanium', although there may be a few scattered stockpiles here and there.

However, I wonder why you ask this question when you know it's against the rules to discuss sources. It's sort of annoying, and so are legality questions when all you have to do is hit Wikipedia. No offense, but don't be so f*cking lazy... do your own research.

I would have, but: I forgot that we can't discuss that shit on here, and I was in a hurry to leave, and I was on 9mg alprazolam. Usually I wouldn't be so lazy.

Rofl...9mg of alprazolam...I don't have any tolarance; but still...that's a massive dosage...I'd either be dead or comatose from 9mg.
