What is your favorite stimulant?

My favorite stimulant is definitely 4-MAR (excluding empathogenic stimulants like MDMA, of course). Amphetamines make me WAY more paranoid than ice does.

I voted amphetamine, which takes the win over coke for its longer duration/cheap price, but maybe I haven't tried this crazy-pure coke some of you brag about on here. Otherwise, I"d probably say meth, but have yet to try it, or crack. If coke lasted as long as amphatamine and was a hell of a lot cheaper, I'd choose that, I prefer that buzz over the amphetamine one.

I hate stimulants, and I've done enough coke in my time (which, is probably not that much relatively, but enough is enough) to be sick and tired of it.

I vote meth simply because I very rarely use it sometimes for practical purposes. All the other drugs listed have no practical purpose. I do not find meth, or any other stimulant, recreationally engaging at all.

Crack" Cocaine, or Cocaine base, is a form of Cocaine with a hydroxyl radical in the chemical compound.
Powdered Cocaine = Cocaine - hydroxyl radical.
Crack Cocaine = Cocaine + hydroxyl radical.

Its an anti-depressant.

True, its an "upper" ... but its not as cut and dried as you're making it out to be. Everything else up there are clear cut stims.

MDMA also comes under the "psychedelic" family.

Even LSD displays characteristics of stimulants, but you wouldnt go around calling that anything other than a psyche, now would you?

Marijuana is a psychadelic stimulant.

These drugs fit only in the stimulant category of drugs, whereas marijuana (psychadelic), MDXX (psychadelic, emphagen [sic]), mushrooms (can be depressant, psychadelic) may fit into other categories.

MDMA as an anti-depressant...?

Is MDMA 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine or 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine? I'm pretty sure it is the former that is right, but I've seen the latter a few times, as well as 3,4-methylenedixoymethylamphetamine.

I choose amphetamine although I have yet to try meth, but I stand by my choice none the less. Regardless how unbelievable the stimulation from meth may be, amphetamine does not create the psychotic comedown nor does it have near the terrible long term side effects. Adderall is just downright amazing for getting work done.

I voted base (UK amphetamine) because it comes in handy for me, but the drawback is that its too easy to turn to a habit. Too much can also take away more than it gives.

I have never tried crack or meth because no matter how good the high etc sounds on these, I would imagine that if amphetamine base is tough enough regarding habit potential, then these two would be much much more of a challenge not to have a destructive relationship with.

Meth, if there is any, is the main reason I`m heading back to my old city. The perfect drug- no matter what you crave.... unless it`s staring comatose at a wall that you can` even see, waiting for the `I`m about to die` feeling to end.

I would have to say it's a tie between coke and amphetamine. I've never tried meth. I've always told myself to avoid it and yet it's starting to intrigue me due to the recent pleasure of my first experience on adderall. However, there's an overwhelming stygma directed towards meth... moreso than heroin these days and I must say, I am slightly intimidated. I hear stories of staying awake for days off of a single dose (my main concern since I'm a student and live with my parents), complete and total freak outs, etc. Is meth worth a try?

^i think it is, its a much cleaner high than adderall IMO with less undue side effects, except for the comedown. IF you want to have fun with meth, i'd suggest oral/insuffulated/pluggin if your into that. i didn't have problems with meth until i started smoking it. smoking it is more wasteful/expensive anyhow, only plus is it hits you before your done exhaling... but it makes you fiend like crazy.

i havne't done meth for about 4 months now, but if i do it again i wuld stick with oral. least addictive, longest lasting, most economical, and you get more spun out than smoking/snorting. comedowns gradual too. have some benzos/opies/beers for the comedown so you can pass out... and staying up for longer than a day or so isn't fun at all, unless unreal paranoia/hallucinations/carpet crawling for hours is your idea of fun. 8(

There really isn't as big of a difference between pharmaceutical amphetamine and pure methamphetamine as everybody who hasn't tried meth thinks. If you could have a continuum of dopamine vs. serotonin releasing activity based on subjective experience (not pharmacological data), I'd put amphetamine at >95%/<5%, methamphetamine at 80%/20%, 4-MAR at 30%/70%, 4-fluoroamphetamine at 50%/50%, MDMA at 20%/80%, and MBDB at <5%/>95%

Amphetamine OK, meth bad is such a bullshit dichotomy.
