I voted oxycontin (pure oxycodone) but buphrenorphine (the sublingual tabs) was a close second. Oxy hits faster, but buph seems to have absolutely NOT side effects for me.
A few years ago before they reformulated MSContin to turn into a gumball when you subvert the extended-release formula, that would have been my vote.
I haven't done heroin in ten years and (survey sez) it was less potent back then, I didn't know how to IV myself and so to this day I still prefer pharmaceuticals.
For pain relief without a fuzzy head dihydrocodeine is the only way to go.
But the only one I can depend on (legal script, 90/month) is 10mg hydrocodone/APAP.

Ketobemidone (brand name Ketogan) isnt that bad either.
The euphoria is similar to H, but different, plus it is a pharmaceutical, which makes dosage a lot easier.
Maybe you dont have that drug in the US, (it is quite common at hospitals here in Scandinavia.)

Supposed the drug "diconal" is one of the most euphoric opiates. The chemical name is dipipanone, and it has an anti-histamine in it that only adds to the high. It became such a problem it was banned. Since dipipanone is relative (put mucre potent) to methadone, people tried mixing dramamine with methadone in hopes to re-create the high. I fortunately got to try it, and, quite a fucking rush................

~ Never done heroin either even though im open to trying it. Just no needles. Plus I hear heroin has OUSTANDING pain killing properties.
~Have tried oxycodone. 5, 7.5, 10's Ive done em' all. Oxycodone to me is the absolute BEST pain killing med out there on the market
~Have tried codeine. Codeine never really did much for me blah.
~Have tried hydrocodone which is quite yum actually. Again ive done everything w/hydros from 5mg ones top 10mg ones. Only shit part about it is how much tylenols in it. That can be fixed tho with extraction.
~Have tried morphine before. It was admitrated through an IV in a Dentists office cuz I have suchs phobie of dentistry. All I have to say that when the morphine was administered I looked at the tech and told her I have never been so comfy in my life heh. Then the Densist had to go n fuk things up by adding valium to the mix.
Valium+Morphine IV=Me knocked the fuk out.
~Have tried butomorphone before for my migrains. I came in a nasal spray. Must add it fuk'd me up hardcore. Could barely even function.
~Have also tried fiorocet *barbituate/codine/tylenol* for my migraines. It helped at first then became useless. Tolerance maybe? iunno'.
~Have tried talwin which was SHIT. Its my understanding that talwin has something in it to counteract the euphoric feeling yoo would normally get of opiates. All it did was make my hallucinate.
~Have tried Darvocet which again is SHIT
~Have also tried ultra-fucking-cet. COMPLTELY useless bla'
So finally my #1 choice would be oxycodone with morphine coming in a close second.

One vote for Methadone
Methadone Maintenence Patient here, so all i take is 100mg(oral serum) everyday. Boy does it make me tired if im just sitting around, but otherwise it really doesnt fuck me up at all. I used to have a terrible heroin habit until 3 months ago. Thats a whole other story. But id have to vote for methadone.

why isnt opium in your list??
out of fentenyl (which stopped a friends heart when he smoked it out of a bulb an d had to give him cpr to bring him back ) , oxy , morphine, methadone, and vikes/hydros .. i would honestly have to say a good bowl of opium (just pure, no pot) made for one of the best SMACKED down feelings i have ever had..

Fentanyl was my choice
I have never had a better experience than using five 50ug patches and one 75ug patch over two weeks. Fentanyl=my favorite opiate and i love opiates.

having done practially all of the choices; i chose heroin. though, to be honest i'd enjoy any of them. i've never done buprenorphine to get fucked up. though it helped a bunch when i was kicking heroin the first time. and now that i've tried hydromorphone i'm pretty down with that too. fuck it. i just love opiates(aka i'm a junkie)

High does of hydrocodone(great pain reliver, sedating like morphine but without alot of the negative side-effects)
anyways, I'm getting a root canal in less than 2 hours and I'm gana be asked to be sedated and have iv fentanyl to be administered for pain.

My vote lies between oxycodone, heroin, and hydrocodone but for my actual choice it was oxycodone. I have done heroin a handfull of times but my vote stays with the oxy's.
